Hiya! It's Sofia~! Actually, I just finished school recently but I want to share some things that might help y'all! 😄💕

Do you have those moments when you

Use your phone, you promise just 5 mins

But then, it becomes 1 hour?

Break time ideas instead of using phone:

Play with your pets 🐶 🐱

If you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed out, You can play with your pets  to relax and worry less

I dont know about you but doodling and drawing is super duper fun for me! It helps me to be creative because I'm using my imagination

I dont know about you but doodling and drawing is super duper fun for me! It helps me to be creative because I'm using my imagination. Draw anything you like! A raindbow, unicorn, your favorite character, Even if you don't know how to draw, Just random scribbles is a-okay!


Eat a (healthy) snack  🍎🍉

You can't focus on studying If you're stomach is constantly making random noises, Eat a snack! Preferably a healthy one so studying could be better

Sometimes when we study, things are suddenly scattered everywhere! Your books there, your pencil, highlighters, bollpens are out of place, there's a graphing paper lying over here and so much more! When we declutter, it would be a lot easier to focus and prevent procrastination.Clean your surroundings even a little bit. 😊
