On June 29, 1988 a young man named Christopher Davis was coming home from work late at night. As he was driving through Scrape Ore Swamp, Lee County, South Carolina, one of his tires blew. So he stopped the car and got out. Christopher said that after he finished fixing his tire and putting away the tools he heard a loud thumping sound coming from behind him, he turned to see a large lizard like beast running towards him. Christopher jumped into his car and drove off. When he went to tell the authorities he described it as a large lizard and man like creature that had glowing red eyes. The rest of the month more sightings happened and when victims were told to describe it they described it very similarly. The evidence from the sightings came from claw marks found in a car, giant lizard footprints, to teeth found in tires after the creature attacked a family in their car. The latest sighting happened when a couple in 2011 reported that their car had been mauled by something very tall with glowing red eyes. The search for lizard man is still on will they find him?
