Chapter 27- Dealing with Amelia and trying to fix the marrige

They arrive back at the firehouse and Harper pulls Amelia aside
"When I give you an order I expect you to follow that order!" Harper says
"I said sorry!" Amelia shouts
"I understand that! But I could have sent more than just me to find you today! What if something happened to them?" Harper shouts
"No one else was glued to someone's hip!" Amelia shouts
"Herrmann has been on the job for what 30 or more years! I have been on the job for 13 and Otis has been on for 16! You have been on the job for a couple of months!" Harper says
"I can handle myself!" Amelia says
"After that little stunt today I don't think so!" Harper says
"Get out of my sight!" Harper says as she goes to walk away
"All of this because I kissed Kelly!" Amelia says
"You know that's not why I'm doing this!" Harper shouts before walking away
Harper is doing paperwork when Kelly appears at the door.
"Marriage counselling! Every Tuesday night! I'm doing this for our kids! They deserve to grow up with a dad!" Harper says before walking out
It's Tuesday night and Harper and Kelly are at counselling
"So I understand there was a little bit of cheating going on! So we're here to talk it out!" The marriage counsellor says enthusiastically
"She came at me! You came in just as I pushed her away! Have you noticed that she is quite old to be a candidate?" Kelly asks
"A little bit" Harper says confused
"She trained at the same time as me but didn't make it. She caught me cheating on my final exam and she threatened to tell headquarters if I pushed her away" Kelly says looking at the ground
"But that was over 10 years ago Kelly!" Harper says
"I know! But I've worked so hard to become a captain!" Kelly says
"I know you have! But you could have said to me when she first came to 51! We're supposed to tell each other everything! Or at least we used to!" Harper says looking at Kelly
"Harper I love you with everything that I have! If I hadn't met you! I would have never come out of that dark space after shay! You helped me see that there was something worth living for!" Kelly says enthusiastically
"I love you Kelly but I can't have you kissing other girls! I can't explain that to Aria! Or Devin! Or the twins! They have been asking for you every night! And I don't know what to tell them!" Harper shouts
"I know! I was stupid! But please forgive me Harper!" Kelly says
