Sana fall on the floor. Her hand hit the vase placed on the table and the vase also fall on the floor and broke into peices.
Avi was in his room crying when he listen some noise. He came out from his room and got shocked to saw shehnaaz unconscious.
Avi- mumma...
He run towards her and sit there. He patted her cheeks.
Avi- mumma utho... kya ho gya h apko... mumma plzz utho na...
He was crying.
Avi- papa.... papa..
He called sidharth. Sidharth was living area listen avi shouting. He run upstairs and saw shehnaaz.
Sid- shehnaaz....
Avi- papa dekho na mumma ko kya ho gya h... inhe bolo na uthne ke liye...
Sidharth pick her up and made her lay down on bed. He called doctor and sit beside her. Avi was crying. Sidharth hug him.
Sid- relax avi... kuch nhi hua h tumhari mumma ko...
Avi- to phir woh uth kyu nhi rhi h...
Sid- abhi doctor aa rhe h... kuch nhi hoga shehnaaz ko...
He said looking at her worriedly.
After some time..
Everyone was in the room. Doctor was checking shehnaaz and Avi was standing in the corner..
Sid- doctor kya hua h shehnaaz ko... woh thik to h na....
D- congratulations mr.shukla....
Sid- kya... kis liye....
D- she is pregnant.... you are going to be a father....
Sid- whatt?? Aap... aap sach bol rhi h... i m... i m going to be a father???
D- yes....
Sidharth was very happy that he can't express in words.
Sid- mom.... aap dadi banne wali h...
Sm- ha sidharth...
She hug him.
Sm- m bhot khush hu aaj....
They broke the hug.
Sid- thank you doctor....
D- hmm ab m chalti hu... aap inka khyaal rakhna...

She left. Avi was confused... why they are so happy... he was looking at sana with concern when maira words echoing in his ears...
"yhi ki woh apki mom nhi h"
"woh achi nhi h... bhot buri h... apke samne achi banne ki acting kr rhi h...."
"woh tumse bilkul pyaar nhi krti... usne tumhari asli mom ko maar diya..."
Reality hit him hard.
Avi (in mind)- yeh m kya kr rha hu... inhone meri asli mumma ko maar diya or m inki hi fikr kr rha hu... mujhe kya farak padta h... yeh to buri h... or jhuthi bhi....
He left and came in his room.
After some time sana slowly open her eyes and saw sidharth sitting beside her holding her hands...
S- sidharth...
He was smiling having tears in his eyes.
S- kya hua.. tum ro kyu rhe ho... mujhe kuch hua h kya...
Sid- shehnaaz you are pregnant....
S- ha to isme kon si badi baat h jo tum ro..
She said and when she realised she keep her hands on her mouth. Sidharth chuckled.
S- sidharth m...
Sid- tum mom banne wali ho...
S- phir se??
Sid- ha..
S- sidharthhhhh
She hugged him tightly.
S- m bhot khush hu sidharth... i m so happy... tum khush ho??
Sid- ofcourse.... i m happy...

They broke the hug. Sana kissed him. They broke the kiss and sana look around.

The door burst open and whole family came inside with a cake.
A- congratulations bhaiya bhabhi... its time for celebration...
They settled cake in front of her.
A- thank you bhabhi... mujhe phir se chachu bnane ke liye... or bhaiya dekhna... is baar mere aane wale bhanja ya bhanji pehle chachu hi bolenge...
Sid- bhul jao... woh pehle papa hi bolegi...

Sm- basss... bhot lad liya... ab cake cut kr le... kyuki aane wala bacha pehle dadi bolega....
Everyone laugh hard....

Sid- abhi bula ke laya meri jaan....
He enter in his room and saw him sitting on the bed.
Sid- avi...
He didn't reply.
Sid- i m sorry bacha... plz mujhe maaf krdo...
He turn his face in another side.
Sid- i have a good news for you...
Avi- kya...
He came towards him and hold his hand.
Sid- tum bade bhai banne wale ho avi... tumhari ek chota bhai ya choti behen aane wali h...
Avi- kya...
Sid- ha... tumhari mumma ko baby hone wala h... or tum bade bhai banne wale ho....
Avi- woh meri mumma nhi h... or unka baby bhi mera bhai ya behen nhi hoga.... (he shouted)
He freed his hands and run from there.
Sid- avi....
He called but he already left.
