SADNESS WAS THE ONLY EMOTION REIN PARTENS FELT AS SHE PEDDLED UP HER DRIVEWAY. The only thing on her mind was Kiara Carerra who had just unintentionally broken her heart in a billion little pieces. Rein couldn't even begin to think of how her dad would react to her being completely MIA for the past two, almost three days.
Her plan was to go in her window like normal, but because she hadn't been home since she left with JJ and John B her window was guaranteed to be locked shut. The last thing she wanted was to see her dad who would only make her night ten times worse than it already was, and it was already going catastrophically bad.
It was crazy to think that not even a full two hours ago she was driving the Twinkie while cheering with her friends about the Royal Merchant gold. Rein wished she would've left the night at that and never told Kie her feelings.
As per usual, the front door creaked open, causing the crying girl to bite down on her lip and pray that the noise didn't alarm her dad in anyway. The squeaky door wasn't the thing that grabbed the older mans attention though, it was Rein bashing her knee into the coffee table and letting out a string of curse words that did.
