THE MORNING HAD BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF WEIRD FOR REIN. She had began to grow so used to waking up alone she had almost reached for her phone to dial 911 when a pan above her room dropped onto the floor followed by a string of curse words.

A slight smile crept onto her tired face as the string of curse words belonged to her older brother. However, just as fast as the smile appeared, it faded. Having recalled the previous nights events putting an immediate damper on her short lived, happy mood.

Rein's sleep was quite tireless as she tossed and turned all night, the imagine of an arrow wizzing past her face keeping her awake. As close as they had come to having something valuable of their own, it was just as quickly stripped away from them in one night.

The brunette also couldn't quite remember how she ended up at her own home last night. Her last memory being taking a shot out of something much larger than a shot glass. Her headache being an indicator that she didn't stop drinking last night after the Pogue's extravaganza with Renfield paying them a surprise visit. Rein also wondering if Jack even knew she was home at all, or if he just figured she spent the night at John B's like she usually did.

Slowly pulling the covers off of her tired body, she glanced over at the alarm clock hoping to find the time, instead it only flashed twelve am — still not having been reset from the power outage. Her next indicator of time was checking her phone, but much to the young girls luck, it had been dead.
