​I lost 0.7 kg , I was so shocked. But I am happy that its effective. I was not really hard cuz when I feel hungry I just drink water. And the workout was so effective. I'll say that Asian are really good for an effective workout. Hope that I will see more difference soon.
Today I eat a little bit to much but I'll do better tomorrow. 
Ps: i will check the difference and take new measurement every week 🔒
