I didn't work out cuz I have an extreme backache 😭😭 but today I'll for sure do some pilate and yoga 😌

I weighted myself and I see that I lost 1,4 kg. I was so happy 😁 I had a little accident and my back start to hurt so i didn't do work out. My mom told me to do some pilates and yoga.
