I didn't do workout cuz I'm still sick today but I did some workout at school tho

NOTE~~
I was a bit sick today and I didn't have appetite at all so I skip some meal ✒ I ate a lot of snack too but tomorrow I will do some yoga or pilate and burn a lot of calories if my back get a lot better.📙🔒
