"Im so fucking tired" Bertram said laying on the floor

"Finally done saying bye to our family we can rest" Toño says plopping down and laying his head on Aishas lap.

"Im so tireddd" i say sitting in the only empty seat next to Benny.

"Your guys' family is CRAZY" Yeah-Yeah says laying on a beanbag

"Your grandmas were taking more shots than your dad" Squints said wide eyed

I just laughed at the guys. Everyone just kept chatting and the younger ones started slowly falling asleep. The part had gone on to like 4am.

Bertram, Kenny, Ella, Aisha, Benny and I were the last ones up but before i knew it i was out cold.

Bennys pov

I was talking to Bertram when i felt something on my shoulder.

Andrea fell asleep on me. I got a blanket that was nearby and covered her with it and wrapped my arm around her and soon fell asleep too.

I woke up around 3 to people laughing

"Shut up pendejos you guys are gonna wake her up" i hear Benny say

I slowly open my eyes to see everyone staring at me with huge grins and smirks.

Then i realized how it must've looked.

"What are you looking at?" I say as if it werent out of the normal.

"Nothing" they all say still smirking and going back to what they were doing. Benny and i didnt move tho. We stayed how we were. I just pulled out my phone and we scrolled through my instagram and laughed at memes. then i got a text from Ella

I woke up today to Las Mañanitas playing VIOLENTLY loud. Latinos man they wake you up with a heart attack on your birthday.

Since Toño slept in my room our parents and Issac sang happy Birthday to us and then went downstairs to get breakfast ready since the group and their family was coming.

We were all heading to the beach today to also celebrate end of the summer. Damn it went by fast.

I got my favorite swimsuit on and wore some shorts and a Club America jersey over and i braided my hair.

By the time i walked downstairs everyone was already there. I got greated with dozens of Happy birthdays. We all ate and packed what we needed and headed out. We decided that Issac and Bella were taking my parents car with all the older kids.

"Honestly i wanted to be with the parents. They have the family chisme from the party" i say sorta disappointed as we packed the car

We all look our seats, Issac driving, Bella in the passengers seat, Ella Aisha and I in the middle row and Benny Toño Bertram and Kenny in the way back.

"Ive got some chisme for you" Bella said

"Ohh yea i forgot about that" Issac said

"We went outside for a little during the party and we heard your aunt Silvia and her husband yelling at eachother" Bella said

"'MIGUEL I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOU YA ME TIENES HARTA QUIERO UN DIVORCIO'" Issac repeated laughing.

"Wait...whyd you guys go outside together...alone" i ask a smirk creeping onto my face

"Uhhh- oh hey look that cloud looks like a cow!" Bella said trying to change the subject

"Mhm trying to change the subject huh" Benny said and Bella and Issac just laughed nervously.

We all chatted and teased Bella and Issac until we got there. They even tried to twist it back around on how benny and i were dancing together.

After we got there we found a nice empty spot and started setting up since we were the first to get there. After everyone showed up we started getting ready to go into the water

"HEY NO SQUINTS TIMMY YEAH YEAH GET YOUR ASSES OVER HERE AND PUT ON SUNSCREEN" i yell at the boys who were already trying to get in. After i made sure they put on sunscreen i took off my shirt and shorts and started heading to the water when i felt someone pick me up.

"BENJAMIN NO PUT ME DOWN" I yell as he ran into the water with me over his shoulder.
He slightly set me down but the water was FUCKING FREEZING

"Pinche madre esta bien fría" i say clinging onto Benny without even realizing what i was doing

"Its not even that cold ma relax" he said but he just held me by the waist as we headed to where the others were

"CUIDADO BENJAMIN TE ESTOY MIRANDO" My dad yells from the sand and Benny quickly lets go of me and i laugh

We all play around and splash eachother until sunset. Our parents were at a nearby Cafe and Bella and Issac went on a walk so we just sat at the beach and watched the sunset.

I sat admiring the colors of the sky.
I hugged myself since it was starting to get cold and i gave my sweater to Scotty

"Here" i hear someone say. I look up and see Benny holding out his hoodie

I gladly take it and put it on

"Don't expect this back" i say going back to staring at the sky in awe

"Yea i know" He said rolling his eyes, but he was smiling

"I just wanted to give you your birthday present" he said sitting down next to me and holding out a small box

"You didnt have to get me anything. Plus i just stole your hoodie so-"

"Just open it" Benny said laughing a little

I took the box and opened it to find a bracelet with half a heart magnet on it.

I look up to see Benny grinning as he shows me his wrist. A bracelet with the other half of the heart.

"I love it Benny" I say looking down at the bracelet then back at him. Damn the lighting made him look 10000x better looking. And thats saying something

I put on the bracelet and give Benny a tight hug, which he return.

When we let go we just sat in comfortable silence and watched the sunset together. This is literally my love language watching sunsets together 🤭

Safe to say im falling for Benny
