Click! Click! Click! I quickly minimised the hate website that was sent to me and deleted the messages as the footsteps neared my room.
“Dinner's ready! dad said to come downstairs Brooklyn” Clyde said walking into my room and sat on my bed.
“I'm not hungry!” I replied quickly hoping he'd leave, But he didn't.
He looked around my room, and stood up leaning over my head.
“Well at least come downstairs and spend time with your family you dork” he continued, playfully ruffling my hair.

I quickly clicked off the message as soon as it came in.
“What was that?”
“What?” I responded playing dumb
“What did you just click off?” he continued trying to get it out of me. “don't play dumb Brooklyn, what are you hiding from everyone?” he questioned grabbing my arm nearly pulling me off my chair.
I was trying not to cry, backing away from him. I kicked and screamed trying to push him away. He had a firm grip on my arm and I didn't have the strength to fight him off.
When I calmed down he finally let go of me. “You have no idea what's going on, I'm sorry I've been so rude.” I whispered hanging my head low.
He said nothing, I think he understood that I really needed to be alone.
I hugged him tightly, Crying unto him softly, holding him close burying my head into his chest.
He let me cry, wrapping his arms tightly around me as I silently cried into his chest.
For the first time in a while, I felt peaceful as I let it all out. It felt like someone actually did care about me.
But I couldn't tell anyone what was happening. I was too scared
