Keenan POV- seeing Kendra at the store and hearing she's going to Texas southern too made me happy I'm really hoping things get better between us she was my first love and I was hers we broke up because Kendra changed for the worst. She started partying and smoking and drinking then when she graduated early we really lost contact after that . But it's a new start and I wouldn't mind helping her raise her beautiful baby girl Kennedy. I still see Kendra being my wife one day but who knows how things a go ? I thought to myself while getting ready me and Kendra are going to meet up at my favorite food restaurant in the south called big mommas soul food so good make you wanna slap your daddy then afterwards we are going to go see the Huston rockets play . I'm pretty excited I decided to put on some light nothing major . After getting dressed I texted Kendra that I was on my way and pulled of in my 2020 Dodge Charger  It feels good driving something that anit even out yet but when your dad the GM manager for dodge you get whatever you want.

Ebony- so you really got a date with Keenan???

Kendra-ummm I wouldn't call it a date but yeah we going out tonight just to get some to eat and to the game nothing major

Ebony-unt do what about Husband???

Kendra-yeah I know I haven't been answering any of Ronny calls and plus he doesn't even know I sent Kennedy to live with my mom. I just want a new start eb I made some fucked up decisions back home ion regret my baby she was a blessing but the shit with her daddy and me I hate it

Kendra POV- after finishing getting ready i received a text from Keenan letting me know he was outside I'm so happy and excited to be going out and enjoying myself. It's been a while since I had any peace I'm still depressed over leaving my baby but I know I'm doing everything for her and also to provide a better life for both of us. I stepped outside and was greeted by Keenan he gave me a hug and he smelled so good he even opened the door for me and treated me like the queen that I am . Idk why I broke up with him a while back he was always so nice and so sweet maybe things can go back that way but first there is a situation I have to handle.

Keenan-How you doing beautiful???

Kendra- I'm fine just tired and stressed

Keenan-what's wrong love ?

Kendra-well I sent my baby to live with my mom because I know it would be hard trying to go to school and raise her it still bothers me

Keenan- damn I definitely would of helped you raise babygirl but I understand where you coming from shit would of been hard but I'm here if you need anything love

Hearing Keenan say that made my face brighten up and he really got me thinking about somethings now

Kendra- Thank you your so sweet I'm glad we finally made it to the restaurant I'm so hungry G

While walking into the restaurant Keenan holds my hand I felt so amazing I never been treated like a queen before so all this was new to me and honestly it felt so good. I slid into the booth and Keenan slid with me soft music played in the background while we looked over the menu. Things was quiet between us for a moment because we both was focused on what we was gone eat Keenan just like me if we don't get what we want it's a be some big problems. After 5 minutes the waiter came to our table

Waiter -y'all two ready to order she said while poping her gum #Ratchet ass bitch

Kendra-yeah I'll take the roast dinner with the Mac and cheese and yams and a Pepsi

Keenan-and I'll just take the stuff bell peppers with a sprite

Waiter-aight should be 20 minutes

Keenan and Kendra-ok ...........

Keenan-She need some proper etiquette classes

Kendra- I know I'm having a good time already but I gotta be honest with you Keenan I'm still technically married to Ronny

Before I could speak the waiter came and brought our food we dove in our food but I know this conversation is not over between us after stuffing our belly's and having a good conversation it was now time for the real fun the basket ball game !!!

Me and Keenan made our way into the arena I was shocked because Keenan had went and got us courtside seats the seats where all the celebrities sit at I was super excited I got to sit next Beyoncé and jay z during the game me and Keenan held hands for the most part I was a little worried the game would air on tv and Ronny would see me so I kinda stayed low key and under Keenan's arms he smelled so good and made me feel safe and secured and made me feel like nobody can touch me

After the game it was time to head home Keenan didn't want to leave and I kinda didn't want him to so he stayed the night with me we layed in my room and feel asleep in a chill dark room this was the best day i ever had
