So basically this will be a Naruto neglect fanfic with Naruto being the eldest of three siblings of the Namikaze-Uzumaki clan.
So yeah firstly Naruto will be intelligent, as in Nara level intelligent but no one will know this as everyone either scorns him or simply ignores him. Also his name will be Kagidzume(Clawedpaw) Naruto.
For clothes Naruto won't be wearing that idiotic orange "hit me" jumpsuit, no he will wear this:

His hair will still be yellow as always but with blue-white tips, his eyes will be a deep blue as for the clothes it will look like above with a wolfs head in the places of the other marks, scroll pouches in place of the kunai on belt, in the place of the sword he will have this katana:

This however is no simple katana as it was once known as a Zanpakuto, crafted by the ancient Uzumaki's as soul bound weapons, over the years less and less Uzumaki children was able to acquire them and the art was eventually lost to time. This resulted in one single blade left that has been shown to Naruto to acquire it and awaken his ancient powers.
A Zanpakuto such as this has three forms, the first is it's sealed form like the one above. The second is it's first release (shikai) like the two sickles:

The third and final state is the second release (bankai) as seen above with the dual headed scythe. Each Zanpakuto has there own names and personality though they are still a part of their owner as a duo in both fighting and everyday life.
The name of Naruto's Zanpakuto is Eien no Fuyu (Eternal Winter).
As for his bankai release it is called Eien no Fuyu no Arashi (Eternal Winter Storm).

As for Naruto's ninja skills he has inherited everything from an ancient wolf that was calling for him from the same place where he found his Zanpakuto. This ancient wolf is called Immortal Xurius - Wolf of the white winter, he is an immortal wolf master of his sage mode.

Naruto inherited all of the necessary ninja skills from the academy three basics, shuriken handling, kunai handling as well as the use of the sword, the ninjutsu's of Suiton, Fuuton and Raiton. He is the one who guided Naruto before the circumstances of their "parting" into becoming a master of sealing beyond both his father and mother all so he could complete his final greatest wish. He is also the one who taught him to control and master his Wind, Water and Lightning Kekkei Tota known only to them as Winter Release.
