あなたが権利を持っていない ("Anata ga kenri o motteinai.") — "You don't have the rights."

I woke up this morning on the right side of the bed. I was unexpectedly jolly right after I open my eyes, and I have no idea why. I'm like those girls in the movies, except I look pretty crappy. Well, never thought it could happen in real life.

I dressed myself up and jogged my way downstairs, seeing my family in the dining table having their breakfast. I hopped when I reached the last step in the stairs and skipped towards the table to sit with them.

"I wonder why is Aren so happy today," My dad spoke, flipping the page of the newspaper. I merely laughed at him and prodded the hotdog with a fork. I looked at mom and smiled, and she did the same.

I heard my sister's utensil drop. "She kissed the Hanyu boy yesterday. No wonder why she's like that."

I nearly threw her my plate. "Shhh! You're a big liar, Aries!" I yelled at her and I can feel my face heat up in embarrassment. "But it's true! I've heard you talk about it with Lauren last night." My talkative sister protested.

Both my parents stared at me intently. Especially mom, because of our deal. If stares could kill I'd be dead right now. Teenage girl from Toronto got shot twice. I gulped and glared at Aries before looking back to mom and dad.

I did tell Lauren about that. Well, I felt so.. excited about it I had to let it out to someone? Telling it to my parents is a no-no, so I had no choice but to tell Lauren. And plus, she's my best friend! But come on. I didn't know that I was too loud that Aries heard me.

"Just in the forehead?" I said with a tiny voice. They both rolled their eyes and looked away from me. "I mean hey," I groaned, stuffing my mouth with bread, "Jush in th' forherd! Wha's wrong w' that? And 'twash a once in a lifetime exshperiensh?"

"Don't talk when your mouth is full, hon," My mom answered. "And we're not doing anything. We just looked at you, what's wrong with that?" She mimicked my voice earlier. It was me who rolled her eyes this time.

"Unless you are hiding something else..?" Dad uttered. "Come on, father dear. I work for him. Why would we do something else?" I sighed and finished my breakfast quickly.

"What's with the kiss then?" My sister Aries queried. I stood up and pinched her cheek hard, making her yell in irritation. "You're too young to know."

I picked up my bag from the rack and marched back to my parents, kissing them both on the cheek. I exclaimed a "Bye!" before heading to the front door. Once I reached for the knob, I twisted it and take a big step outside. Then, I noticed an unfamiliar young woman at the balcony of Yuzuru's house.

"Yuzu? Mada imasuka?"

I wasn't sure what she just said, but she kept knocking on the door. I walked over in concern, realizing that she's not an unfamiliar young woman.

"Excuse me, miss? Yuzuru's already at-"

When she looked at me, my eyes widened. I couldn't believe it. I gasped silently and covered my mouth in surprise.

"I see, so you're the girl Yuzu told me about!"

Kanako asked me as we paced our way to the train station. Earlier, Mrs. Hanyu opened the door and found us outside. Kanako was looking for Yuzuru, so I told her that I can escort her to the club so that she could see him. Both Mrs. Hanyu and Kanako agreed.

"If he talked about the personal assistant girl, then that's right. I'm the one." I answered, still a bit starstruck. I never thought she'd personally visit Yuzu, and I never thought I'd get to talk to her like this. She's one of my favorite female figure skaters too.
