(third person's POV)

"Sure Emma I will grant you wish, but there's a reward that must be paid" a certain demon said

"Reward?.." Emma muttered under her breath ,her muscle was tensing up.

"The reward must be something important..I must say that I myself wasn't expecting you to be the who forge the promise but ¥✓¢×|"

"What does that suppose to mean?!" Emma asked his fist were clenching her knuckles are turning white

"You must've seen the past, and you must know that one of your friends ancestors are pretty close to me, and so I wished to see that friend of yours who have the same attitude as her ancestor.."

"No...no! It was me who will forge the promise leave her alone here!" Emma exclaimed her eyes were widening.

"It is on her fate to be able to meet me, and so I will have to ask you to return and bring that friend of yours to me"

"But-"

" Or else I will not going to help you with forging the promise..."

"......but you must take the reward to me"

(Third person's POV)

Still on stand by y/n looked over to norman who were gazing at the town,she thought that she needed to let norman collect his thought but changed her mind after she heard norman whimpered

Y/n ran over to norman who were holding his head and whimpering blood spilling on his mouth

Norman looked at y/n with teary eyes indicating that he was in pain, y/n held him closer to her and let him buried his face on y/n's neck.

"I'm so sorry.." norman whimpered, y/n slowly nodded her head before she heard norman sniffling like a child keeping his demanour back again

That hurts y/n seeing norman trying to be a strong role model for the squad while he himself were hiding his pain hurts her.

"DO IT" norman shouted before y/n tensed up with the sound of the poisons blowing up. In the city

Y/n then get ahold of herself and ran with Barbara and starts to attack demons in the town.

Barbara were feeding the poison to them while y/n lead them to another demon to eat one another, y/n then noticed norman walking from the entrance and we're infront of a old demon, she bited her lip and and get ahold of her own knife and starts to slice demon up.

On the otherside Lyn was coming back from the farm and followed y/n and Norman to the town.
Seeing Emma and the others she fully knows that they were bout to stop norman,and y/n

Emma were now infront of the entrance and gasping for some air and catching up her breath

"NORMAN!Y/N!" Emma yelled, both y/n and Norman tensed up from the familiar voice slowly turning to where it came from they see Emma one of their best friend who they both were hoping to not come back yet.

Y/n immediately noticed both don and gilda making her more tensed up

"You guys..found them..." Y/n muttered gilda nodded at her with a hopeful look trying to let her know to stop what she's doing

"I never really thought you guys will found them.." norman said looking over to gilda and don

"But it's too late now extinction were halfway through and it's the only way-" norman started
