Earl, Reiko and Sean were under a car, taking care of its engine.
Han and Kanami were on the up floor, Han seated on his desk chair and Kanami seated on top of the desk, inside their little bubble.
"What about vacation?" Han suggests.
"My school ends up soon. Where'd you wanna go...?" Kanami asks.
"I've always wanted to go back to Rio." Han shrugs.
"Rio? As in Rio de Janeiro...the city of Carnival?!" The girl gets excited.
"That Rio, baby!" Han smirks.
"Then let's go to Rio!" Kanami kisses his lips, his cheeks, his nose, basically kisses him all over his face. And that small and simple gesture makes Han grin like a baby.
"I love you, K." Han mumbles.
"I love you too, Han." Kanami happily sighs.
From the garage's back door, Han's crew sees Neela showing up.
"Oh...no..." Kanami sighs.
She was getting up, ready to go meet her friend, but Sean got there first.
"Hey." he greets.
Neela just looks at him. Bloodshot eyes and face full of dry tears.
"Come on." He tells her.
Kanami follows them to the table and asks Reiko to make some tea.

"To tell you the truth..." Uncle Kamata tells his nephew. "I look over these printouts of yours...and I don't understand half of what I'm looking at."
They both chuckle.
"It looks more complicated than it is." Takashi explains.
"Then how is it possible that even I am able to figure out..." Kamata sighs. "...that your partner is stealing from us?"

"You don't wanna tell us more?" Sean inquires.
Neela looks at him, but says nothing.
Moments later, from the garage's door DK's car and his crew show up.
"This is not good..." Kanami mumbles to herself.
DK parks his car however he wants and enters Han's garage.
Kanami rushes to the ground floor and stands beside Han.
Han moves to the front, protecting Kanami from something he felt it was going to happen.
"Hey brother!" Han greets with his arms open.
DK angrily punches him in the face.
" I VOUCHED FOR YOU! PUT MY REPUTATION ON THE LINE FOR YOU!" Takashi then pushes him. "WE WERE PARTNERS!" Takashi pushes him again. "You think you can keep your side deals from me?"
