"rae just asked if i wanted to stream with her in 2 hours. you want to grab food then go back to my apartment?"

corpse and i had only been at the pier for 30 minutes, just looking out, when rae texted me. she wasn't aware of corpse being at my home, no one was.

i looked up at him to find a fine smile plastered on his face

"yeah" he started "you gonna tell her that your boyfriend is sleeping over?"

"oh be quiet. you are not my boyfriend"

"yet. i'm not yet"

"whatever come on" i said grabbing his hand and leading him off the pier and back down the beach

he followed my lead as i brought him into the sand and back towards his car. i kept my hand in his as we walked by the water

i looked out into the water thinking about my feelings that slowly built up for corpse

it was bad to have a crush on him but what was i to do. my feelings had already developed for him and there was no turning back from it

"what's making you think so hard?"

i was broken out of thought by corpse talking to me

"just things" i responses to the raven haired boy next to me

he squeezed my hand as a form of reassurance. i smiled at his actions and looked up at him

"i'm here if you need to talk" he spoke as we reached his car.

we both got in and put our shoes back on before corpse turned on his car.

"where you wanna eat?"

"wendy's"

"wendy's it is" he put the car in park and started driving

i hooked up to bluetooth and started playing corpse and my shared play.

the first song that came on was e-girls are ruining my life. we both glanced at each other before laughing

i silently sang along while looking out the windows. corpse noticed my singing

"look at you singing"

"you forced me to learn the lyrics"

"oh shut up" he said causing laughter to fall out of my mouth. he smiled at the sound

we drove in silence besides the sound of the music quietly playing through out the car

once we pulled into wendy's the line was huge but we didn't want to go inside

"what do you want to listen to?" i asked

"play my music. i like seeing you sing my lyrics" i listened and played white tee

i looked at him and he was smirking at me.

"i spilled wine all on my white tee, bitches like me"

he just smiled before pulling forward in the line. i kept casually singing along
