You are the new commander of the Sakura Empire. You ain't the first commander many other commander couldn't control their hormones so the girls arent very welcoming to you
a ship is on its way to the naval base, inside the ship is a man and a woman. the woman lady in fancy clothes and the man in a naval uniform both sitting across each other. the man is Jin matsu and the lady is the empress kuromi
"so how much longer till we there," you mumbled its been seven hours and kuromi hasn't talked at all
she sighs annoyed at your antics "four more hours and i will remind you about your job Jin," kuromi replies
"oh my you can actually speak praise god," you praise the heavens this annoyed her
"you bastard shut up and listen," kuromi mumbles
"oh great i get to hear how i do my job for the third time," you joked
kuromi sighs "now your job as the sakura's empire new commander is" you cut her off
"yah yah yah they are the ships from ww2 turned into girls and every male commander you sent there has been court marshaled for inappropriate behavior," you take a moment and my job is to improve their lives and establish their trust so that we can defeat the sirens,"
"yes that's is your job Jin," kuromi sighed "any questions,"
"Why did you keep bringing male commanders to that base shouldn't you have stopped after the second," you ask
"well I thought they would have better control of themselves and I was wrong," kuromi said in a sad tone
"So what's so special about me the fifth commander they will have?" you ask
"you know why your my friend and i trust you," kuromi replied
"that is a terrible reason, but i won't let you down," you reply
"hehe thanks, Jin," kuromi smiles, and the for the rest of the ride there is just silence you decided to take a nap
3 hours pass
"jin wake up," kuromi yelled
"oh ok you banshee," you get up and you grab your stuff which wasn't a lot
exiting the ship you walk up to the base and it was a terrible sight to look at
this but like run-down buildings and the sakura trees are dying

"umm why does the place look like shit," you turn and see Kuromi's saddened expression
"We try to do repairs but the commander never let the boat dock," kuromi explained
you just stared at the base, you clenched your fist till your knuckles turned white, you felt hatred to all those commanders for making those girls' lives a living hell. kuromi saw this and held your hand to calm you down.
