Princess Splash of the Ocean kingdom! She's ment so be a Dolphin Axolotl hybrid (an Axphin?....IDK) she's PC's friend and before you scream Minecraft axolotl! I actually had this idea wayyyyyy back in 2018, she was actually an idea of a friend of mine who suggested I give PuppyCorn a friend who wasn't a rock and didn't get me wrong, Rock guy is great buttttt Splash is an axolotl mermaid princess so of course she gets a spot light :D

Born as the heir to the of the ocean kingdom, splash grew up knowing that she would one day inherit the high seat of her homeland UwU....
Unlike Unikitty and Puppycorn both her parents are very much still alive so she had time to goof around and be a kid she was never pressured to conform or act a certain way, from an early age Splash developed a love for the ocean and the many centuries that inhabit it's waters, her best friend is a sea shell she found on beach, she doesn't really have that many friends....until she met Puppycorn OwO

The two have a lot in common and share eminence love for pizza (among other things) on that note the Ocean Kingdom is a very isolated country compared to the Unikingdom and Frown Town, so.... Splash is amzed by every little thing.

Splash has always been curious about the other kingdoms but never really got a chance to explore the borders outside of her home, father is Paranoid and overbearing but he means well, he just wants to keep her safe and he's very critically of his daughter's hobby of collecting 'treasure' she finds in the ocean (A.K.A trash)

the Doomlord assigned to the ocean kingdom is Master Misery but splash has never met him with her dad shedding her from the outside, being the heir to the throne is a big responsibility and to be honest Splash isn't looking forward to it, which is why I really like the dynamic she has with PC they have a lot in common already and weather they like it or not their going to have to grow up but they'll do so together, it doesn't have to be scary and whatever comes next will be an adventure.
I know its a little weird to ship younger characters but hear me out their attraction to one another is still fairly innocent, two outcast kids who just want to have fun and hang out only time will tell if it'll blossom into something else.
Come to think of it.... if they do get married, that would make Puppycorn a king....
But I'm getting a head of myself UwU their kids.... let them be kids
