The end of an era

Previous chapter: Confession

"Can we order food my love" I told kenma he nodded he ordered food for us. I heard the door knock and I open the door thinking it was the food, but it was just my baby brother.

" How did you like Keiji's house?" I asked him he had bags of clothes and toy.

"Bo spoiled me" Akira said showing the bags of clothes and Toys

" why did you buy them so much?" I asked him pulling out cash to repay him

" it's a birthday gift for him" he said Akira birthday wasn't until December

" his birthday is in three months that's not really soon" I told him they said their goodbyes and I took the bags of clothes and toys and organizing in his room.

"Hey y/n the food is here" kenma said I walked to the kitchen before anyone can eat

"No we will eat with my mother" I said to them they rolled their eyes

"You both act alike sometimes I want to eat with my mother since it's almost her anniversary in a couple of months" I said they both changed up while I sneaked some food in my mouth acting like I didn't eat anything.

"Open your mouth" kenma said I shook my head he forced me to open it.

"I see you sneak some food in your mouth sneaky little one" kenma said I kissed his lips it we both looked at Akira putting on his clothes

"Akira look at you I'm going to cry now" I said Akira has learned how to put on his clothes just by himself. He's growing up so fast and he's a smart child. (Shouldn't he be entering school by now...)

"Thank you I'm making you proud and no crying" Akira said I giggled at his comment. We got in the car and started driving towards my where my mother burial was located at.

"We are here time to clean my mother up" I said bringing my cleaning supplies

"Hi mother I missed you how are" I asked cleaning her up nice and shiny

"You guys eat without me" I said I see Akira eating his food

"All done you look beautiful momma" I said I sat down and Kenma gave me my food I thanked him

"Thank you so much my love" I said I kissed his cheeks and began eating the food we left some over for my mother

"It's felt like a year without her" I said putting my head on Kenma slowly crying. Akira was crying while eating his food making me sadder.

"Hey guys eating without us we brought food" I looked up it was Keiji and Bokuto

"Come here" Bokuto said opening his arms towards Akira as he jumped to him crying in his arms

"Te extraño mucho mamá" I said in Spanish crying in Kenma arms as he rubbed my back. (I miss you so much mama)

"Ahhh this doesn't feel real" Keiji said eating his food trying not to cry

"Thank you Bokuto and Kenma for being there for us" I said letting go of Kenma with puffy eyes

"No problem you mean so much to me" Bokuto said I looked Akira fell asleep in his arms.

"I think it's time to retire" I said to them I've been thinking lately I've been live streaming since my first year of high school.

"I've been streaming for four years now" I said to them hugging my knees

"It was just temporary I'll miss it" I said I felt the breeze all of a sudden. (I didn't know what else to write for that)

"You're taking a big step y/n didn't you want to be (career choice)" Keiji said to me I nodded
