The third and fourth-year Slytherins and Gryffindors sat in DADA. It was the only combined class of the year, due to the fourth- years not having the class, last semester.
"Why didn't they?" Ignatius asked curiously.
"The DADA professor died mid-year," Fred spoke.
"So, nothing new?" Gideon asked.
"Nothing new," George told him.
Ara was leaning against the pillar nonchalantly conversing with Sebastian, when Professor Quirrel walked in. The duo scanned the stuttering mess they called professor, before exchanging knowing looks.
"They know something," Apollo Avery observed.
"Well, what else is new?"
On the other side of the class, Alex stood with Jade and Jason, who were glancing at each other apprehensively. The entire class paid no attention to the professor until they heard the word 'boggart.'
