I just work and work and work.

Someone knock.

'Come in.' i said while checking the papers.

'Busy?' it was Vice Gov's voice.

Napatingin ako sakanya and i asked him to sit.

'It's already lunch time, Ma'am.' he said.

'Im okay.' ngiti ko sakanya.

'Are you really not going to lunch?'he suddenly asked.

'Not yet ' as i laughed.

'Ma'am, do you mind...' he whispered.

'Mind?' i said.

'If i ask something personal..' he said.

'Go on.' ngiti ko sakanya.

'Is Congressman Marcos' your boyfriend?' diretso niyang sabi.

I laughed.

'Why did you ask about it?' I laughly said.

'Wala, it's just, i saw him last day coming out of your office, and he picked you for lunch yesterday diba.' he said.

'Yeah, he's my Husband.' ngiti ko sakanya.

He look at me so confused.

'Are you kidding me?' tawa niya.

'No, were married a month ago.' i said.

Di nga? Then why 'Franze Jillianne Reyes'?'. He said and pointed my name on the desk.

'Don't know.' tawa ko sakanya.

'Were fixing it na, soon it will Reyes-Marcos.' i said.

'I thought..... You're too young for that level.' he said.

Nambola pa.

'Honestly, you're not look like a married." He said.

Taas balikat nalang sagot ko sakanya.

Don't tell me you also have your own ki-

'Stop that..' pagpigil ko sakanya.

He laughed.

'I want to ask more, i'll treat lunch for it..' he said.

I didn't reject it, di pa rin naman ako naglalunch.

Also, Sandro and i wouldn't lunch together, magpapalakas daw muna siya kay uncle Martin.

But that's okay, para di na siya mapagod kakabyahe from there to here.

'So you start being a Sk?' i asked him while eating.

'Yeah, i start from it, pataas ng pataas.' he said.

'That's good, atleast you have some experience.' i said.

My phone suddenly ring.

'Wait, it's my secretary.' i said and answer the call on phone.

'Hello? What's it?' i said.

'Mayora, may naghahanap po sainyo.'

'Is it Sandro?' i said.

'No Ma'am, Miguel po sinabi niyang pangalan niya.'

Miguel? I don't know someone named Miguel.

'Im in a lunch, did you ask what he's doing there?' i said.

'Gusto lang daw po kayong makausap, he said he's willing to wait you daw.'

'Okay then, let him wait me sa office, i'll just take this lunch.' as i ended the call.
