GALIT 'KONG tinitigan ang weirdong babae sa harapan ko. What the hell is she saying? Fiancé? Is she out of her mind? I don't even know her.

I scoffed. 

Unbelievable. Another stalker of mine? Kaya ba alam niya buong pangalan ko?

"Ano?!" Kiara was shocked. She immediately turned around and glared at me. "May fiancé ka na?! Ba't hindi mo sinabi sa'kin?!" galit niyang tanong pero hindi ko siya pinansin. Masyadong abala ang isip ko sa weirdong stalker na 'to. 

"Don't tell me... lumipat ka lang dito dahil sa'kin?" I asked the weirdo. I smirked when she didn't answer. Bingo. Ha! Stalker lang pala.

Hinawakan ni Kiara ang balikat ko para paharapin ako sa kaniya. "Ano ba Lincoln? Sagutin mo nga ako, fiance mo ba talaga ang babae na 'to?!"

God, why she's overreacting when this is the first time I've ever heard about it too. I don't even know what this new girl is talking about. She may be imagining things or inventing them. Too obsessed with me, huh?

"Anong ningingiti-ngiti mo r'yan?! Ba't parang tuwang-tuwa ka pa?!"

"What the hell are you talking about?" I asked her, a little irritated. Iniwas ko ang katawan ko sa kaniya. Me? Smiling? No. This is my smug face.

I returned my gaze to the weirdo stalker. Yes, I admit that she looked gorgeous, like a barbie doll, while her voice sounded so gentle yet...

I think she's crazy.

"Pwede ba? Gumising ka at wag kang gumawa ng sturya baka maniwala pa sayo 'tong kaibigan ko." I said sarcastically. I comfortably leaned my back against my chair and crossed my arms over my chest. Proudly looking at her. "Hindi kita kilala at hindi kita fiance."

She was about to say something, but the librarian came to our side, holding a stick, tapping it on her other hand, looking so mad and said, "The three of you, get out!" Then she pointed to the sign. 'Silence must be maintained inside the Library.'

I was the first one who stood and went out. Ramdam ko ang pagsunod sa'kin ng dalawa pero mas nauna akong naabutan ni Kiara.

"Lincoln! Totoo ba–"

I stopped walking because my phone suddenly rang. I answered it without checking who the caller was. Kiara also stopped and waited beside me.

"Hello?"

"Lincoln!" My Mom, happily greeted me over the line.

"Yes, Mom? What's wrong?"

Nang marinig ni Kiara ang sinabi ko ay agad siyang pumunta sa harapan ko, sabay hawak sa kamay ko para ilapit sa bibig niya ang phone. "Hi po Tita! Si Kiara 'to!" masiglang bati niya rito. I put it on speaker.
