As April continued to spend more time with the Tokio Hotel band members, she found herself growing closer to each of them in different ways. Tom and April's playful flirtation continued, but it remained unspoken and unofficial. Meanwhile, April and Bill's newfound friendship was starting to develop in a way that felt more comfortable and natural.

It was after a long day of performances and interviews that the band returned to their hotel rooms. April was exhausted, but she couldn't resist joining Bill in his room for a nightcap. They sat on his bed, sipping beers and talking about their favorite books and movies.

As the conversation wore on, April found herself getting more and more comfortable with Bill. She laughed at his jokes and found herself sharing more personal details about her life than she normally would with someone she had just met. And while she was certain that Bill was just being friendly, a small part of her couldn't help but wonder if he might be interested in something more.

It wasn't long before Tom burst into the room, interrupting their conversation with a loud greeting. He glanced between Bill and April, and something about the way they were sitting together seemed to irk him. April could see the faintest hint of jealousy in his eyes.

"Hey, what's up?" Bill said, barely glancing up from his beer.

"Not much," Tom said, striding over to the mini-fridge and grabbing a soda. "Just thought I'd come hang out with you guys for a bit."

April could sense the tension in the room, but she wasn't sure what to do about it. She took a sip of her beer and hoped that the awkwardness would dissipate on its own.

"So what were you guys talking about?" Tom asked, settling down onto the bed next to April.

"Just books and movies," Bill said, shrugging. "Nothing too exciting."

Tom looked at April, as if waiting for her to say something. When she didn't, he turned back to his brother and started talking about a movie he had seen recently.

As the night wore on, April could sense that Tom was becoming more and more distant. She couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt - she knew that her friendship with Bill was important to her, but she didn't want it to come at the cost of her flirtation with Tom.
