    SURPRISED was an understatement. Flabbergasted was an option. Flustered was, too. Marinette preferred the term, 'nearly got a heart attack' best.

How else were you supposed to react when you received a magazine copy with Adrien's signature and an Instagram user on it?

She pressed follow, not thinking much of it. If he wanted to, he could always remove her as a follower. Maybe he didn't mean for the user to go to her.

Deciding to distract herself with her homework, she left her phone on her chaise unattended as she completed what needed to be.

Adrien's heart lurched after getting the notification that she had followed him. He followed her back immediately. He looked through her posts, smiling at her sixteenth birthday post. He found it adorable.

He laid on his bed, the app he was on earlier was now closed. He asked himself, what was he doing? What were his intentions? Why did he give her his private and anonymous social media account without thinking twice?  What would be his consequences for not thinking before acting?

He was very confused with whatever he was feeling. Were the impulses sent to his brain not enough for his brain to interpret? Or were they too much, so much so that they couldn't be interpreted?
