In case u forgot Izuku was not in control of his quirk in the grocery store and Katsuki called the doctors office for an examination. So yea

Bakugo drives his fiancé to the doctors office. Izuku is still feeling bad. He has a fever, and hasn't been eating a lot. He won't even touch Katsudon. He also has not been himself.
Normally Midoriya is feisty and a cinnamon roll (a good mix of both) buttttttt he's been acting like Todoroki-
Bakugo is really worried about his fiancé but doesn't want Izuku to worry.
When they arrive at the office they sign in and go back fairly quickly.
"My my my Izuku twice in a month? And your not even fighting." Dr. Nagimoto says.
"Welp I don't know doc..." Izuku says
"Everything Alright?" Nagimoto asks
"This is something else doc...he had an incident at the grocery store where his body was burning up like with his quirk....and then he stumbled back into the freezers and could barely talk and then he started becoming numb, started eating less and a little more.." Katsuki says
"Oh my...mind if I do an ultrasound?"
"Sure I don't care" Midoriya says.
They do an ultrasound and found out that Izuku's baby has started growing a little faster almost at the normal speed..but it still doesn't explain his wasting habits of his lack of emotions.
"Okay so your baby may take a little longer than 9 months to arrive but it won't be a normal pregnancy..you won't show like 9 months it'll look like 2 months but the pain will the same throughout the pregnancy...come back for another ultrasound in about 3-4 weeks."
"Thank you doctor...." Katsuki says "but what about his numbness and not eating?"
"Ah yes..well with undonnoisis (un-di-no-sis) you'll experience personality changes that may result in not having emotions, but they'll clear up in a couple of hours I believe how long has he been numb?"
"About 3 days now"
"Yea he'll be back to normal by tomorrow, but with the eating that's just his choice....Izuku can I talk to you and Katsuki separately?"
"Yea.." Izuku says as he gets up and walks out of the door.
"What is it doc?" Katsuki asked
"Well remeber when I said undonnoisis is when the mind and body are ready?"
