IT WAS 8 pm or in other times curfew for the world to be inside the doors so that all villains can reign the night. Marie just got back to her dorm and saw Esperanza was at her table reading a book "Hey what took you long?", She asked "People can't walk, for some reason", Marie answered
"Wait what time- ohhh", Esperanza says while checking her phone for the time seeing it was 8:01 "Well I brought back pizza so we are fed", Marie said putting the hot box of cheese pizza on the table. "Thank the Goddess", Esperanza replied looking up to the ceiling
While the two girls were eating Pizza and watching Netflix together, An Amber alert come on their phones "What now?", Esperanza says picking up her phone Marie picks up her phone and sees what the Amber alert says

"I'm not surprised, I wonder who did it", Esperanza said "It's the usual Brooklyn", Marie replied. "Because they deserve it", She answers Esperanza started hitting the ceiling with the end of the stick part very hard and slow. The two girls were giggling until when Esperanza hit it one more time then it stopped then the ceiling came in a little as if it was punched in, Both of the girls jaws dropped "Oh hell nah, I'm done we have a super being here", Esperanza says getting off of the stool and putting both the broom and stool up.
Marie took a good look at the ceiling seeing there was an entire dent in it, "How are we supposed to fix that?", She asked "Ummm, Shit uh pass me that tapestry", Esperanza said Marie passed Esperanza the tapestry that had a sun with a face on it and flowers around it. Marie and Esperanza hanged it up across the ceiling where the dent was "See now no one would notice, It'll just be apart of our room now", Esperanza said
"We were supposed to hang it up months ago and we never did", Marie said "Literally like the day school started we didn't", Esperanza said Marie yawned "It's ten, we should go to bed", she said "You can I got an essay to work on", Esperanza said "You didn't finish it?", Marie asked "Look it was a busy day today, I can't keep up with that shit you know me", Esperanza answered
Marie roller her eyes with a smile while Esperanza laughed at it Marie got in her bed while looking in her phone looking at her socials all over on Instagram it was the fire that had started in the building, but in one of those videos of the fire there was a figure on a the building it was wearing all black the face was very covered you couldn't really see how they look, Marie's eyes widened when she saw the figure saving people and taking out the fire.
"No way", she said to herself the video ended Marie put her phone on the charger and then turned on her stomach but started to wonder who that figure was, he probably was a hero but maybe a villain her thoughts started to quite down as her eyes lowered and lowered into rest
*Ring Ring* *Ring Ring* Marie heard her alarm go off at the usual time which was 6:00 A.M. she tapped the stop button on her phone, she yawned while sitting up straight. She stretched her arms out and saw Esperanza's arm out and her snoring, Marie grabbed her glasses and turned on her lamp near her nightstand
She grabbed her journal out her drawer and wrote some things in there to start her day. Esperanza's alarm went off she groaned and moaned not wanting to get up out of bed, Marie rolled her eyes getting annoyed from the sound of Esperanza's alarm clock going off that she started to softly kick her bed "Esperanza turn off your damn clock", Marie said "mmmm", She hummed.
She finally turned off her alarm and yawned "What time is it?" "6:09", Marie answered Esperanza sighed "Alright, let's get ready", she says Marie looked up at the back of Esperanza's bed and put her journal back in her drawer. The two girls left their dorm to shower and get ready for the day, Marie and Esperanza just waited by their lockers till classes started the girls met up with a couple of friends as well then the bell rang
Unfortunately Marie's first period wasn't with her friends which she didn't mind when walking in with some of the other kids she had noticed one boy who was sitting in the back his uniform was kind of off. His shirt wasn't buttoned all the way only one more button at the top and his tie wasn't tightened, he had two braids in, and he was very focused on some work at least that's was Marie thought
Marie sat down in her seat pulled out her supplies for her first period and decided to be on her phone while waiting for the teacher she checked her messages to see a message from her mom as usual telling her to have a good day with a white heart emoji. Marie always enjoyed getting her morning or daily message from her mom or other family members, Minutes passed and the teacher has arrived Marie and her other classmates had put their attention towards the teacher and class was in session
An hour into class and Marie had her chin in her hand almost falling asleep in class but she kept her eyes open until the bell rang everyone was walking out while she was grabbing her things she had checked her phone seeing a notification that had popped up when walking out of class she accidentally bumped into the boy who was first in class "Sorry", She apologized "Watch it" he said while walking out Marie sighed and then heard a book drop on the ground.
Marie picked it up "Hey you dropped. . ." The book was open she had noticed Marie looked down at the drawing and saw it was her features and everything she was a little confused but was happy with it she still wanted to give it back to whoever dropped it until the boy she had bumped into to came back "Oh sorry you dropped this, I was gonna give it back", She said looking at him the boy had walked up to her quick and took the sketch book back putting it in his bag.
"Um, thank you", he said in a strong Latin accent which surprised Marie a bit "Your welcome", she said walking pass him "oh also I like the drawing" Marie had left the room to go to her next class but when walking to her next class she was thinking about him and not knowing his name made her wonder even more, who was he?
