IT WAS NIGHT Marie was inside of her room sketching something until her mom or aunt called her down for dinner. But then a notification caught her attention she looked at her phone and saw a message from Miles

Do you feel like calling?

She answered the message with yes and waited until he called, he called the second she said yes "Dang he's Fast", she thought Marie answered his call "Hello" "Hey Marie", Miles said Marie smiled at his voice "Hey Miles, how are you?", She asked "I'm fine, Yourself" "I'm doing good, just sketching", She answered "What are you sketching?", Miles asked "Just a planet with some stars a things, not one in our solar system just one I made up in my head", Marie answered while she continued to sketch.

"Sounds nice, I didn't know you could draw as well", Miles replied "Do you draw as often now?" "Well yeah because there's nothing for us to really do now", Marie says "But anyways what have you been up to?" "Not much either just hanging with my mom, and helping her with things around the house", Miles answered "That's nice, I'm pretty much doing the same as well", Marie responded

"Yeah, but I'm not the only one helping her my uncle is as well", he said "Oh that's nice so is that her brother if you mind me asking?", Marie asked "No he's my dad's brother, you know ever since that day he's been helping her and me more", Miles answered "Ah got it", Marie says. A couple of minutes later Marie and Miles continued to talk more about what they've been doing around their homes atleast Marie has it seemed like Miles had been out more than her which was kind of weird but she wasn't blaming him

"Yeah, so after that. . .Oh damn", Miles says "What?", Marie asked "Um, sorry Marie let me take this call and I'll call you right back", he answered "Oh okay, well I'll answer", She said Miles hanged up the phone and Marie did too she smiled she liked the conversation her and Miles had but she was worried, worried on why he sounded after speaking to her whatever it was she hoped that'd he'd be okay.

So Marie waited and waited and waited but never got a call back from Miles, she soon started to get worried and wanted to text him but thought he was busy maybe and she didn't want to interrupt him if the problem he was in was really really bad, so then Marie just took her shower did her routine and talked to Esperanza and their other friend Kali for the rest of the night.

"So he just hanged up sounding worried?", Kali asked "Yes, then he says he was gonna call me back like right back so you know I'm expecting like maybe four or maybe even ten minutes for him to call me back I waited an hour for him to call me back", Marie answered "And he doesn't so I just took my shower and things but even before that I wanted to text him but I felt maybe if the situation he's in I cant message him or whatever"

Esperanza sighed "You know I've kind of noticed that about most boys is that they say shit they don't mean" "I know right like boy, if you gon do what you said or in other words promised me then do it. . .but again we don't know what it was and plus Marie said it must've been urgent", Kali responded. "Yeah but another thing is, is his mother is a nurse so I don't know if maybe she needed him for something at the hospital", Marie said

There was silence after she said that "Well I take back what I said now", Esperanza says the girls laughed

It's the next morning, Marie woke up and decided to go on a run she had music playing in her ears and was huffing while taking her steps after she had ran around her block and back to her house Marie got a message from Miles she decided to text him more while she was walking in the house

Good Morning Marie sorry I didn't
Message you or anything after
Last night sorry if I made you
Worry.

Oh, Miles thank God no it's fine
Are you okay what happened?

Well there was something that
Happened at the hospital my
Mama works at so she needed some
Assistance from me

Oh is she okay?

She's fine just they needed
Help and didn't have
Enough people

That's good well do you feel like

After Marie read the answer she was give she smiled and sighed in relief. Marie had taken a shower and did her routine and decided to make herself some breakfast she was on her phone while eating and saw something pop up in her feed about that strange figure she stopped eating her food to read and article on this person

People have said that this may be the savior for our New York. Many people don't know of him or her but there has been sightings of a strange figure on buildings of the villains huge companies either stealing things from them or kicking their asses. One half of Society thinks it's another villain while the other half thinks this is a hero of society like one guy said in an interview if he is kicking villians asses and taking back certain things that belonged to the public and is giving it back randomly that's a hero not a villain he or she or whoever is a savior for the hell we are living in.

Now Marie was very interested in this specific figure, she had so many questions on her mind she looked up on her phone "mysterious figure sightings 2023" and was amazed by the amount of videos, links, and articles circulating around this one person that nobody even knows of. Marie started to read more articles and watch more videos on this strange figure. Marie had so many questions in mind but the one she really wanted answered was is this person a villain or a hero.
