6. ENGAGEMENT

Maanveer reached raghuvanshi haveli. Coming out of car he made his way towards his room,but he stopped outside of Aarav's room when he heard some screaming of girl

"Fast Aarav fast"

"Oh goddddd"

"Have some mercy"

Maanveer widen his eyes in horror and eyed his surroundings and shut his eyes. Opening his eyes,he gulped first. Then he knocked his room. He was waiting and aarav opened the door. He scanned aarav from head to toe

"What are you doing,and who is inside" maanveer asked

"Oh,it's mishka" aarav said casually shrugged his shoulders

"And what she is doing here at this time" maanveer asked

"Actually raghav uncle and aunty are at terrace with our family,so we are playing video game" aarav said

Maanveer eyed inside,mishka was busy playing game. Maanveer took long breath of relief

"Okay,but don't be late tomorrow, i want report from previous meeting" maanveer said in cold voice

"Sure" aarav said fake smiling

Maanveer left shaking his head. Aarav slammed his door

"Yarr itna to jallad baba bhi nahi hai jitna bhaisa hai" aarav whined and mishka chuckled

Maanveer shut his door and removed his blazer and placed it on couch. He then opened side drawer of his bed and took out packet of cigarettes. He then remembered aashi's words that she don't like smell of alcohol and cigarettes. He threw packet in dustbin

Next morning, aashi wokeup yawning. She did her morning prayers and took her phone in her hand. She saw message from unknown number. Opening the chat,she saw maanveer's profile picture. It means it's maanveer. She widen her eyes and replied to his good morning and giggled. She heard ping and again she saw his message

"I hope you didn't mind me messaging you"

She blushed

"Why would i mind,that's okay" she replied

"What should i write to save his number" she thought pouting,she blushing thinking something and saved his mumber as VEER

Putting her phone aside,she went to washroom for shower. She came out wearing kurti and jeans and went downstairs for breakfast. After having breakfast in silence, she made her way towards her room. She was merging lense in her camera as she loves photography and her phone rang,she grabbed her phone and saw an unknown number. She first denied but dilaied again thinking it must be important

"Hello" she said

"Hello,aashi singhania" man's voice came from other side

"Yes" she said narrowed her eyes

"I'm your well wisher,i heard you're going to get engaged with maanveer singh raghuvanshi" she heard

"How do you know,it's not even in media" she asked being confused

"Leave all these,please don't marry him,he is jerk and rude,think before marrying him" he said

"You're no one to decide,he is sweet and caring. Do you get that. Dare you to day anything against him now" aashi said and raised her voice

"See,I'm not your enemy. I'm your well wisher, I know him personally. He won't keep you happy" he said

"That's my problem, now stop your nonsense orelse i will file a case against you" aashi said and cut the call
