21. RAKSHABANDHAN

"Humari chotu si aashi kab itne bade ho gaye pata hi nahi chala" jaiveer said

Aashi chuckled

"Tell me about yourself, how's your life going with bhabhisa" she asked

"Perfect, she is just the way i imagined " jaiveer said with genuine smile

"You know what bhaisa,i wasn't ready for marriage. But now i can say that marriage life is so beautiful, i mean you know at the end of the day,there's a particular person with whome you can share anything without hesitation" she said

"True,and we are lucky that we got partners like them" jaiveer said

"True" she said "btw can i ask you something " she asked

"Ofcource aashu,we are siblings with best friend wala relation,ask me" he said

"What have you decided about children, i mean i know it's very early to ask but still" she asked

"See,me and riddhima has decided one thing,that we will try after 2 to 3 years but in case in future if she got pregnant, then we won't do silly things,we will accept the situation wholeheartedly " jaiveer said

"That's so nice,now i want to become bhuasa" she said

"And what about me,even i want to become mamasa" he asked

"Have some shame bhaisa,I'm your sister" she said and turned her head

"Do you have any shame BHUASA" jaiveer said stressing the word bhuasa

" i hate you" she said and left,jaiveer laughed

Next day,as soon as aashi's alarm rang,she woke up. After doing her morning prayer checked her phone and saw maanveer's message saying her to call him. She instantly dialed his number and he attended her call within a ring

"Were you waiting for my call" she asked

"Actually...yes,i know it's your time to wake up" he said scratching his neck

"Great,by the way good morning mr husband" she wished in sweet tone

"Good morning jaana" he said with the same tone

"Now tell me what do you want to tell" she asked

"Nothing,i was saying that you can live how much you want to,i was just missing you that's why i said you to come back soon but i can understand your feelings,it's not easy to leave the family with you have spent your entire childhood" he said

Aashi heard him and smiled

"Thank you veer,thank you so much for understanding me" she said

"Now go and take a shower, I'm also going,i have a important meeting today" he said wearing his coat

"Okay,all the best" she said "and i love you" she added

"I love you too jaana" he said and smiled

After the call,she went for shower and he went to his office. Just like this,her vacation at singhania haveli came to a end,and it was her second last day at there

"I'm sorry aashu,it's rakshabandhan tomorrow and I won't present there with you" jaiveer said holding aashi's hand with low voice

"It's okay bhai,i can understand your situation, and this deal is also important for our company na" she said with hardest smile

"But you can tie a rakhi today right" he said

"Yes bhai" aashi said and smiled

Aashi and priyanka tied a rakhi on jaiveer's wrist with heavy heart

"Your gift" jaiveer said forwarding gifts to aashi and priyanka

They took the boxes and opned them

"It's beautiful bhaisa" aashi said admiring a neck piece, priyanka got a bracelet

Next day,aashi and maanveer was on their way to raghuvanshi haveli. Maanveer noticed a upset face of aashi and realized that she was missing jaiveer on rakshabandhan. Maanveer stopped the car and they came out. Aashi entered inside and saw everyone present in hall. She joined them,soon,nityam and shashank sat on sofa. Nandni tied a rakhi on their wrist, tear escaped from aashi's eyes remembering jaiveer. She instantly wiped them.

Aashi was sitting on bed holding her and jaiveer's photoframe, tears were rolling down from her eyes

"I miss you bhaisa,this is the first rakshabandhan without you" she said with teary eyes

Before her tear can fall down,a hand came and her tear fell on palm. She narrowed her eyes and raised her eyes and saw aarav sitting on his knees on floor infront of her. He wiped her tears

"You know what,when i was kid i used to complain about sister to god,mom,dad and everyone. They said god only gives sister to lucky ones. You won't belive i used to cry at every rakshabandhan, but i think now i Don't have to cry,because i have an elder sister now" aarav said

Aashi looked at him with confused face

"Will you tie a rakhi on my empty wrist" he asked with hopeful eyes

Aashi smiled and nodded

"Yes,even i wanted a younger brother" she said

"I know i can't be jaiveerbhaisa but i will try my best to fulfill my duty as a brother" he said

Aashi tied a rakhi on his wrist,aarav gifted her beautiful saree as a gift. They hugged eachother and celebrated a new relationship, unknown to them,maanveer wiped a tear from his left eyes seeing the bond between them,he was witnessing everything standing at door

"Now let's go and have a dinner,i specially told maasa to make your favorite dishes" aarav said

After dinner,maanveer got a call from his friend, he went after gesturing aashi,she smiled at him

"Abhi rakshabandhan khatam nahi hua" aashi was about to take a steps towards her room and she heard jaiveer's voice, she turned and saw him standing with hands in pocket. Everyone smiled looking at him

Aashi ran to him and hugged him,he too hugged her back

"I missed you bhaisa" she said with tears

"Okay but leave me now,humara dam ghut raha hai" he said

Aashi left him and he chuckled

Jaiveer met everyone,after that,he sat and aashi tied a rakhi on his wrist

"Sorry aashi,i didn't brought a gift, actually i directly came here" jaiveer said and gave her some cash

"It's okay bhaisa,you gave me necklace as a gift,now i won't take anything" aashi said denying

"Take it as my blessings" jaiveer said and gave

After some time,jaiveer left

"It's rakshabandhan and your brother came with empty hands? You are future queen of songarh, he should know this" nandni said

Aashi opened her mouth to say something but aarav interrupted

"I think you are getting old bhuasa,i will take an appointments for you tomorrow, you should do checkup your ears" aarav said

"Behave aarav" vikram said

"Why you all are ignoring her taunts, we all heard bhabhisa saying that jaiveerbhaisa already gave her necklace, aur agar na bhi diya ho to wo un bhai behen ke bich ki baat hai,we are no one to ask or say anything to them" aarav said in bit anger

"Aaravbanna" aashi was about to say something

"Go to your room bhabhisa,you must be tired" aarav said

"Yes beta,you go and take some rest" sharda said

Aashi nodded and left. Reaching to her room,she took a long breath
