The Scepter of Lunia has been passed down for generations. It's always been passed down to the first born daughter of the royal family. Legend says that the Scepter of Lunia was the first sprinkle of star dust from the North Star and the first light from the moon, so it's really rare.
Powers: Controls the constellations, the holder can go into anybody's dream or nightmare, controls the hours of night, etc.
Transforms into a necklace when it's not being used, when you bang it twice on the ground, it goes back on the holders neck.
