Disclaimer: No excerpts from me this time, but there are a few from the story I'm reviewing, which do not belong to me. I also display a couple of screenshots of comments that I like, so, credit to the commenters, whose usernames are visible. I didn't really proofread this review because I'm lazy and also don't have time. Enjoy.
Side note: I had to add this on later after I realized I had nearly forgotten to comment on the cover, because I just don't have a strong opinion on it. I don't love this cover; it's beyond amateur but not enough so to be offensive. The font choice is bad but not abhorrent, and it's weirdly ill-fitting to the genre, but it's not assaulting to the eyes. I don't have a lot to say about this cover. It's fine, it's passable. Not my favorite, though.
First of all, you requested this in November, and I'm sorry that it took so long to get around to actually doing this review. College is kicking my butt, I've been in a major reading slump, and ONC is going on, but I finally got off my sorry behind and read your book. (Honestly, I never expected even one request, so the fact that there's a queue going has still barely computed with my brain. This was originally just supposed to be a place for me to rant about books I liked and disliked on this platform. But that's besides the point.)
