Monty, Solar and Ruin all make it to the far end of the island.
"So... Is Ruin always like this when drunk-?"
"Yeah pretty much."
"..."
"Captain has been drinking for a long time, so they'll be fine."
"W-What- um- How long have they been drinking for-?"
"Uhh- If I remember, they've been drinking since they where... Sixteen-? So almost a decade."
"W-What-?! Sixteen- I wasn't even allowed to eat sweets until seventeen..."
"You weren't allowed to eat sweets-? Really-?!"
"Yeah- ... I was only given food like bread and water- if given any at all."
"So your parents are shit?"
"I-I wouldn't say that- My papa was good-"
"What about your Mom?"
"..."
"You don't have to say if you don't want to. I can't force any information out of you."
Solar flips his head around, and then kind of freezes.
"Hey- I think theres a clue on that tree-"
"Which tree-?"
Solar points at a large tree, that has red splatters on it, in a odd chicken strach writing.
"Lets see then."
Monty goes up to the tree, Solar setting Ruin down on a fallen tree, and also walking up to the tree.
Whoever wrote this has terrible handwriting- I can't make out a single word-
"Why would someone write down random letter nonsense-"
"You can read this-?!"
"... Yeah-?"
"It looks like my handwriting-"
"..."
"ARE YOU AN ACTUAL CHILD-?!"
NO GROWN ADULT SHOULD HAVE HANDWRITING LIKE THAT-
Solar slinks behind Ruin, who drunkenly hugs Solar.
"Solar!"
"H-Hey- Ruin-"
"... Well that's sickeningly sweet. Anywaysz I can't tell what this is- You said it was random numbers and letters-?"
"Oh- Yeah! It said, 'Dpohsbuvmbujpot jg zpv bduvbmmz uppl uif ujnf up efdpef uijt', and an exclamation point."
"... You just said random gibberish-"
"Yeah- I don't know what thats supposed to mean-"
Ruin randomly starts kissing Solar.
I feel like I shouldn't be witnessing this-
Monty covers their eyes.
Ruin's perspective:
After a minute, Ruin lets go of Solar's face, having been holding it while kissing Solar.
Ruin bubbly giggles and keeps hugging Solar, who's face is just absolutely covered in blush.
