Chapter 15. Home Sick

This chapter takes place after/during chapter 14.

Also the characters have been eating everyday, I just don't wanna write it every chapter TvT

Ruin's perspective:

Ruin wakes up, slightly hungover though mostly within a sobered state, having been sleeping for the last 12 hours.

Ruin looks up to see Solar, who's picking up some seeds from the floor, a bit of them had fallen out while he was sleeping throughout the last couple of days.

"hmm... Solar?"

"Oh- You're awake!"

Within the room there's a couple short drawers for clothing and a tall closet that's towards the end of the room with a door. Solar just places the seeds that fell on top of a drawer top.

"Yeah... What are you doing?"

"Um- a couple of your seeds- from- your hair- fell out- um... I was just picking them up-"

"Thank you..."

Ruin, rubbing their eyes, gets up and gets a bit closer to Solar.

"May I have a kiss~?"

Ruin leans in slightly, Solar blushing slightly at their question.

"Um- m-maybe wait until your fully sober-?"

"Hmph. I understand."

Ruin, somewhat disappointed though understanding, stands up and is immediately met with a headache.

Ruin starts trying to rub at their head to make it go away.

"Ruin are you doing ok-?"

"Headache-"

Solar stands up, and gives Ruin a kiss on their forehead.

"So you can kiss me, but I can't kiss you?!"

Ruin says in a light hearted tone.

"Mhm!"

I wasn't expecting him to agree-

"Hmp."

Solar chuckles a bit at Ruin's response and starts walking out of the room, Ruin following close behind.

The two exit to see Gemini who's starting up breakfast preparations.

Oo food!

"Gemini what ya' making?"

Ruin see's Gemini suddenly turn around for the food closet, and throw a loaf of bread at Ruin.

"GET OFF YOUR DRUNK ASS."

"Sheesh you don't have to be so rude about it."

Ruin opens up the bag that the bread is in and rips off a chuck from the loaf and starts to chew on it.

Gemini enters a new room, which seems to be a small boat kitchen.

"W-Wait there's a kitchen here-?"

"Yeah- how do you think we cook food, love?"

"I don't know- a fire-?"

"... An open flame would set the boat to flames-"

"Yeah- I didn't think about it-"

Ruin and Solar just look at eachother, Ruin just admires Solar.
