"mommy!" k/n shouted from down the hall
"mommy" chris mumbled nudging me
"don't call me that" I laughed
"DADDYYY!" k/n shouted again
chris opened his eyes and looked at me cocking an eyebrow
"you're gross" I laughed
"I wanna hear you say it once" he laughed
"eww" I chuckled "what are you on"
then we heard little footsteps running down the hall and stopping at the door "are you awake" k/n said quietly
"come here" I laughed as she ran into the room and jumped onto the bed
"you are awake" she said cutely as she hugged me, she got comfy and then started telling us about what she wanted to do today

"and I wanna hangout with Emma" she said finally taking a breath
"that's a lot of things for one day" I said giggling
"I think its too many things" chris chuckled
"dad are you seeing uncle matt or nick today" she asked excitedly
"yes" chris smiled "and you're coming with me" he said
"really!" she said hugging him "I dont want hangout with Emma anymore" she laughed, she was facing me and said "mom can you come toooooooooooooo"
