Part Two -"You're a Woman Now"

*A.N: When I put something in parentheses, it means Bonnie (Maxxine) is thinking about that in her head, and mama and queen wendy are the same person*

Ms. Gina took Maxxine to the front office, where she would be picked up by her mother. She was sitting down, stressed from what had happened. A cramp gripped Maxxine's belly. She put her hand on her stomach and tugged on her shirt. Her new clothes she got from the family resource center were dry and clean, and felt nice down her lower back. She tried to get her mind off of something else besides her bleeding. She thought about what she would hopefully do for summer break this year. She wants to go to Sweden for a family midsummer tradition that her family does about every year. There are about 43 people that attend that tradition with her, which are mainly friends and family. She thought of all of the things that the midsummer tradition had to offer every year, the food, dancing, the warm weather, the beautiful flowers, meeting her family, and—"Maxxine! Your mother's here." The front desk lady yelled. She got up out of her (very) uncomfortable seat, and held Queen Wendy's hand—(o mama o mama why didn't you tell me now i'm all lost and confused ) tightly. While Queen Wendy signed Bonnie out of the front office, Bonnie said, "Mama, i'm gonna go to our car now, I don't feel so good." 10 minutes had passed. The front doors were made of glass, and Bonnie could see right through them. The desk was about 2 miles away from her car, and she tried her best to mouth out the words that Mama and the front desk lady were saying. About one more minute had passed, and then Mama was heading back to the car. Before driving off, Queen Wendy said "You're a woman now, Bonasri Maja Ahlgren." She looked out the window and saw the words in big, black lettering, "LAGUNA CREEK PRIVATE SCHOOL."
