poem #9: who made me a villain

a demon was once an angel,
they say,
i gave you flowers,
and you let them die.

i trusted you my dagger,
and still chose to stab me,
you even grabbed a gun,
and chose to pull the trigger.

bruised and scarred,
was this enough?
lost for words,
i'm crashed and burned.

do you really loved me?
do you still remember,
what you told me?
do you?

"i'll just stop loving you if i say so",
was it all a lie?
i don't need an answer maybe,
actions screamed the loudest, baby.

i'll rise from the ground,
and shove my ashes down your throat,
until you cry and bleed,
will it be fair now then?
