Once the Anbu ( Dog ) left the Hokage office, he jumped from building to building trying to look for Naruto " where is he " thought the Anbu until he came upon something yellowish inside an alleyway so he jumped down onto the ground making his way towards the yellowish figure that was laying on the ground but he couldn't help but widen his eyes when he notice that it was Naruto who was covered with so much blood " it can't be " thought the Anbu as he extended his arm that was shaking violently but he manage to snap out of it and checked for a pulse that took a while to find but once he found it, he notice that it was a low heart beat. the Anbu picked up Naruto then carried him to the hospital as fast as he could. once the Anbu arrived at the hospital, he saw that the Hokage was standing around just waiting him but when he walked closer, he couldn't help but notice the guilt on the Hokage's face 

Sarutobi took a while to notice his Anbu right front of him but when he did, his eyes widen when he saw Naruto " is he " asked Sarutobi as he walked slowly towards them " there's a small pulse " said the Anbu making Sarutobi sigh in relief but then he reached over to them because he wanted to carry Naruto but his Anbu moved away and told him that he'll carry Naruto so that he doesn't get any blood on him which he agree too after a while " let's go Hokage-sama " said the Anbu as he made his way inside the hospital with the Hokage following right behind him " i need help " yelled the Anbu as everyone turned their heads towards them but the only respond that they got was cold glares  

everyone was whispering to each other until they saw a nurse make her way towards them " get that thing out of here " said one of the nurses making everyone nod but she fail to notice the Hokage behind the Anbu " he's not a thing, he's a boy in need of medical attention " yelled the Anbu as he let out some KI " he's not a boy but a demon " yelled the nurse making everyone nod in agreement " what did you just call him " asked the Hokage as he stood right next to the Anbu, giving off some KI of his own " Hokage-sama, what are you doing here " asked the nurse who had here eyes widen in surprise when she saw him there " don't make me repeat myself " yelled Sarutobi " but Hokage-sama, we could let the demon die and finish what the fourth started " said the nurse making everyone around nod in agreement once again 

Sarutobi was so mad that he turned his head towards his Anbu " you know what to do " said Sarutobi making the Anbu eyes widen just slightly but he still nodded either way " finish what the fourth started, if you only knew that this is the fourth son you're talking about " thought Sarutobi as his Anbu shoved a chidori through the nurse's chest killing her right there " who else, what's to die " yelled Sarutobi making everyone eyes widen but then all of a sudden all the doctors and nurses ran towards them then they took Naruto off the Anbu's hands " if anything happens to him, i'll kill everyone here...got that " said Sarutobi " h-hai H-hokage-sama " stuttered all the doctors and nurses before they took Naruto away

Naruto started opening his eyes slowly only to be hit by a bright light  " where am i " thought Naruto as he stared at the ceiling once his eyes got used to the light in the room. Naruto wanted to sit up but when he tried, he couldn't help but hiss at the pain that ran through his body. Naruto thank god that it didn't hurt as much as before but once he sat up, he noticed that Sarutobi sitting on a chair next to his bed but then he notice that it was already dark outside " Jiji " thought Naruto as he saw the Hokage sleeping " how long has he been here " thought Naruto as he looked for a clock but he couldn't find one ' he's been here the whole time, without moving ' said Kurama making Naruto looked around then he tilted his head just slightly when he couldn't see Kurama anywhere " where are you " whispered Naruto as he made sure not to wake up Sarutobi ' I'm talking to you telepathically Kit ' said Kurama ' ay i see, that so cool '  ' keep your voice down, Kit ' said Kurama ' hehe sorry ' ' well I'm going back to sleep then' said Kurama ' lazy fox, always sleeping '
