Naruto's 8 years old 

it was a Monday morning and everyone was in the academy, everyone was paying attention to their sensei expect for one student who was named Sasuke Uhicha. Sasuke was the same age as Naruto but the only difference between them was that he grew up with parents until the day, he turned 6 years when his brother killed everyone in his clan. Sasuke wanted to get stronger because he wanted to avenge his clan and kill his brother but for some reason he felt so empty like he missing someone or something " listen up everyone, we have a new student with us today, come in " yelled Iruka before someone opened the door and in came in this boy with blond hair and 3 whiskers on each cheeks wearing an orange shirt with black pants  into the classroom " this is Naruto Uzumaki, he'll be joining us today. Naruto is there anything you want to share " asked Iruka but Naruto just shook his head. Sasuke wasn't paying attention until he heard Uzumaki so he looked away from the window then his eyes widen when he saw the blond boy " its him " thought Sasuke as he made eye contact with Naruto who ignored him " no one dares to ignore the great Uchiha " thought Sasuke but then he felt sense guilty flowing into his body " why do i feel so guilty when it wasn't even my fault " thought Sasuke as he looked out the window when he remember how he meet Naruto  

* Flash-Back Naruto and Sasuke 6, its a week after the Uchiha massacre * 

Sasuke finally was able to leave the hospital after a week of being stuck there but as he walked towards the Uchiha compound, he notice that everyone giving him some pity looks " i don't need your pity " thought Sasuke as he walked towards the gates of the Uchiha compound but he stopped then he turned around when he felt someone following him but when he turned around, he saw a boy around the same age as him but he had blond hair and 3 whiskers " why are you following me " asked Sasuke as he crossed his arms. Naruto looked at him then he down at the ground " i have to tell him, its now or never " thought Naruto ' go for it kit ' said Kurama making Naruto nod just slightly before he looked back up at Sasuke " whats wrong with this kid " thought Sasuke as a tick mark grew on his forehead " Sasuke, i have something to tell you " said Naruto " he knows my name " thought Sasuke as he eyes widen but then he returned to his bore expression " Sasuke, I'm " said Naruto before Sasuke tuned him out " he's in love with me " thought Sasuke " I'm not gay, leave me alone " yell Sasuke as he made a fist then he turned around to leave so he didn't see the expression on Naruto face 

Naruto turned red in embarrassment but then he shook his head before he screamed when he saw Sasuke leave " i wasn't going to confess to someone like you, you stupid teme " yell Naruto making Sasuke stop in his track then he turned around " don't you know who i am " questioned Sasuke as he ' huff ' towards the end " yea, a bratty little brat that has a 10 inch pole up his ass " said Naruto making Sasuke get a tick mark on his forehead " i don't have a 10 inch pole up my ass " yell Sasuke but then he blushed when he realized what he yelled " who is this dope " thought Sasuke as he glared at Naruto " i have something important to tell you " said Naruto as he looked down in at the ground once again " whats so important you have to tell me, wait to don't tell that you're just a creepy kid that likes to follow people, i don't like you so stay away from me you loser. who do you think you are " asked Sasuke " your cousin " thought Naruto as he looked up with tears forming in his eyes " fine, i'll stay away you " said Naruto as tears came down his face " stupid teme " thought Naruto as he ran away but he didn't see the shock expression on Sasuke face " w-wait i " said Sasuke but it was no use because Naruto was long gone. Sasuke was left alone but for some reason he held his chest " the hell is this feeling " thought Sasuke as he began to walk home 

* Flash-Back Over * 

every since then Sasuke been trying to apologize to Naruto but he never seen Naruto after that " whats wrong with me, I'm better off alone " thought Sasuke as he sigh " sensei why is Naruto starting late in the academy " asked a pink hair girl " well Sakura, why don't we let Naruto answer that question " said Iruka as he was also curious " its non of your business, don't you think " said Naruto making Iruka sweat-drop right but right at that moment Sarutobi walked in " Hokage-sama, what are you doing here " asked Iruka as he walked towards the Hokage " well, i wanted to see how Naruto was fitting in " said Sarutobi as he walked towards Naruto then he ruffed his hair " Naruto, that wasn't very nice " said Sarutobi " she's the one at fault, asking stupid questions " said Naruto as he cross his arm while he pout " Naruto, you have to apologize " said Sarutobi " but " said Naruto but was cut off from the Hokage " now " said Sarutobi with a stern voice " fine " said Naruto as he still had his arm crossed but he turned his face sideway before he turned to the pink hair girl name Sakura " sorry " said Naruto " isn't that better, Naruto " asked Sarutobi " hn ( stupid girl ) " said Naruto making Sasuke smirk " wait, i can understand him " thought Sasuke at he tilted his head just slightly but then he heard 4 people giggled so he turned to see who they were and it was Hinata, Choji, Shino and Shikamaru
