Naruto the unmasked story ( editing in progress )

the 3rd exam begins

a few weeks past and everyone was still working hard for the 3rd exam that was being held in an open battle arena. people from different village started coming to watch the battle and of course do some betting. Naruto had been teaching Sasuke as well as Kakashi who's been watching Sasuke training with Naruto but Kakashi had been in a really bad mood ever since they went to the hot spring with everyone else. Kakashi haven't had a chance to talk to Naruto and apologize " the 3rd exam are next week then Naruto is leaving for 3 years " thought Kakashi as he walked throughout town 

Sasuke had stopped training with Naruto and Kakashi in order to rest before the 3rd exam starts. Naruto had been staying with Sasuke who convince him to stay but Naruto being Naruto couldn't say ' no ' to Sasuke after all. Naruto plan had been set but he had a little trouble along the way but he mange to take care of it and every thing was ready to go but one could say it was better then the original plan. 

................. one week later 

it was finally time for the 3rd exam and everyone was heading towards the battle arena " finally, today is the day " thought Sasuke was he got dressed then went across his room and knocked on the door " Naruto get up " yelled Sasuke but he didn't hear anything so he opened the door and saw that Naruto wasn't in his bed or anywhere else the house " that's weird " thought Sasuke but he didn't have time to deal with Naruto because he had to head over the battle arena on time 

Sasuke made his way downstairs and cooked some bacon, eggs and toast but before he was finish eating there was a knock on the door so he got up to get the door but when he opened the door, he couldn't help but sigh when he saw who it was " Sasuke-kun we came to pick you up " said Sakura as she cling on Sasuke arm " good morning Sasuke, ready for today " asked Kakashi as he looked around from the door way but Sasuke noticed " what are you doing " asked Sasuke as he glared at him " you have a very nice house " said Kakashi as he did his famous one eye smile " lier " thought Sasuke " may we come in " asked Kakashi making Sakura nod " oh yes, please!!!!! " begged Sakura " fine but no touching " said Sasuke as he moved out of the way so Sakura and Kakashi could come inside 

Sakura and Kakashi made their way towards the living room " wow Sasuke-kun " said Sakura " it's beautiful " continued Sakura making Sasuke smile a little but then he return back to normal " he smiled at me " thought Sakura as she blushed " are you both hungry " asked Sasuke making both Sakura and Kakashi nod " then i'll make some breakfast " said Sasuke as he walked towards his kitchen " I'm still hungry " thought Sasuke as he placed his hand over his stomach " i'll help " said Sakura as she followed behind, leaving Kakashi alone in the living room 

Kakashi had been looking around the living room and notice a few things like swords and scrolls " cool " thought Kakashi as he picked up one of the swords and notice the Uzumaki symbol on the handle " this must be Naruto's " thought Kakashi as he looked awe " what are you doing " asked Sasuke as he stood against the wall the connects the kitchen and the living room " i was just looking around " said Kakashi as he did his one eye smile " Naruto doesn't like people touching his thing " said Sasuke as he eye Naruto sword that Kakashi was holding 

Kakashi looked down at the sword and placed it back to his original position but he couldn't help but notice a sword with the Uchiha and Uzumaki symbol on the handle so he picked it up " that's mine " said Sasuke making Kakashi look up at him then back the sword " who gave it to you " asked Kakashi " Naruto did, it was a gift " said Sasuke as he eye his sword making him remembered the day Naruto gave it to him 

* flash-back *

it was already mid-night and everyone had gone home after the hot springs expect for Naruto and Sasuke who walked together back home " its cold " stated Sasuke as he shivered when the wind passed by him so Naruto took out a scroll and unseal his black jacket  " here " said Naruto as he hand it to Sasuke " thanks " mumbled Sasuke as he put on the jacket and notice how warm the jacket was " it's warm right " asked Naruto as he smirked towards Sasuke who blush when he notice at he was snuggling with the jacket " shut up " said Sasuke making Naruto chuckled
