* present day Hokage office *

Gaara looked confused " who's Orochimaru " asked Gaara, Sarutobi lend back on his chair and sigh " Orochimaru used to belong to this village before he turned into a traitor, now he set on to destroy the village at all cost " said explain Sarutobi " what do i do now " questioned Gaara, Sarutobi was in his own thoughts that he didn't answer him but it was soon over when he reached for one of his desk drawer and took out a red headband and then threw it to Gaara who manage to catch it but confusion was written all over his face " why are you giving me a headband " questioned Gaara as he look down at the leaf headband " you ask for help but I'm not supposed to ' advise ' any ninjas that aren't from this village so I'm making you a ninja from this village " explained Sarutobi 

Gaara had that ' oh ' face " i see " said Gaara as he look out his headband and placed it with his new one making Sarutobi smirk " well Gaara i need you to not do anything on this matter " said Sarutobi " w-what???? why?? " asked / yelled Gaara " let Orochimaru think his plan is going according to plan but we'll have a surprise waiting for him, its about time we end his ninja career " said Sarutobi " i understand " said Gaara as he nodded but wasn't so sure " please act like nothing is wrong and i would see you in the Chuinn exam " said Sarutobi making Gaara nod then he took of the leaf headband and place it on the table " you could keep the headband " said Sarutobi making Gaara smile " thank you Hokage-sama " said Gaara then his body turned into sand " so it was a sand clone " thought Sarutobi 

at that moment the door opened bring Sarutobi out of his thought when he looked up, he saw that it was Sasuke " Sasuke you're back " asked Sarutobi " well yea, the fresh air really helped a lot " said Sasuke as he looked around " so.......... where's the red hair " asked Sasuke as he closed the door behind him " he's gone, he went back to his village " stated Sarutobi making Sasuke nod, once again they were left in an awkward silence 

* Hospital * 

Asuma, Guy and Kurenai finally made it to the hospital with Kakashi who was unconscious " we need help " yelled Kurenai, a nurse came running towards them " what happened " asked the nurse as she took Kakashi off of Guy, all three of them looked at each other and shrug " we don't really know " trailed off Asuma the nurse looked up at them with the ' really ' look then sigh " alright, let go then " said the nurse to 2 other nurse's that came to help. 

Asuma, Guy and Kurenai were left there watching them take Kakashi down the hall of the hospital " we have to tell the Hokage about " said Guy making the other 2 nod then they shunshined  

* Hokage Office * 

Sasuke was sitting in front of the Hokage while he play with his kunai Sarutobi was working on the dreadful paper work " Sasuke kunai's aren't meant for playing " said Sarutobi as he looked up at Sasuke who also looked up " but I'm bored " pouted Sasuke making Sarutobi sigh " you're sounding just like Naruto " started Sarutobi, Sasuke titled his head just slightly " Naruto spends a lot of time in the office " asked Sasuke as he looked down at his kunai " yes he does, after his parents die i was the one that took care of him but being the Hokage, i couldn't protect him as much " trailed off Sarutobi as he look down at the paper work 

" why did he need protection " questioned Sasuke as he back up and narrowed his eyes, Sarutobi gulped and was about to answer but there was knock at the door " come on " yelled Sarutobi as he sigh in the down low " Hokage-sama we need to talk " said Kurenai as both Asuma, Guy and herself walked inside closing the door behind them " what is it " asked Sarutobi " its about Kakashi " said Asuma, Sasuke turned his body to face them " what happened to Kakashi sensei " asked Sasuke all 3 looked at Sasuke then at Sarutobi " well " trailed off Kurenai " w-wait what are you doing here " asked Kurenai as she pointed at Sasuke who just ' hn' then turned around to face the Hokage again making all 3 sweat-drop
