12 years later

( everyone looks the same in the manga ' Boruto ' ) 

it was a peaceful day in the village " Sasuke you're back " said one of the guards at the gate " yea, i have to go and report to the Hokage " said Sasuke as he made his way towards the Hokage tower, once he arrived he knocked at the door and heard a ' come in ' voice that wasn't very clear so he opened the door to revel Itachi " Otouto " said Itachi as he smiled at his little brother " big brother " said Sasuke as he smile back as he stood in front of Itachi who was named the new Hokage 7 years ago. every since Naruto left, Itachi returned 2 years after and was accepted back to the village with Naruto proof that Itachi was innocent

everyone had lost hope when Naruto didn't return back to the village after he promised Sasuke that he would after 3 years of training. no one had heard or seen Naruto for 12 years, Kakashi had it tough more than everyone else but he didn't lose hope that his blond lover would returned one day. everything was quite in the village every since Naruto left, the rookie 12 gotten closer over the years. everyone was married and had kids. it was the same day that Naruto had left when a person covered with all black arrived at the gate " stop, state you're business " said one of the guards that greeted the Uchiha earlier that day " I'm here to see the Hokage " said this person " what business do you have with the Hokage " asked the other guard " it's important business that is not you're concern " said this person making both guards flinch towards the coldness in his tone then they looked at each other and nodded just slightly 

" alright then, come with me and no funny business " said one of the guards making this person nod. both men walked towards the Hokage towers but the foreigner couldn't help but look up at the Hokage monument and smile, everyone in the village notice this foreigner but no one could see his face but word got around that a very mysterious person arrived in the village. Sasuke was talking about his mission with Itachi when there was a knock on the door " come in " said Itachi making Sasuke annoyed at someone interrupted his time with his brother " sorry to interrupt Hokage-sama but i have this person that says he had business to discuss with you " said the guard making Itachi narrow his eyes " tell him to come in " said Itachi when he saw the men dress in black, he couldn't help but smile a little " you may leave " said Itachi to the guard who nodded then left 

Sasuke narrowed his eyes towards the mysterious figure in front of his brother " Sasuke do me a favor " asked Itachi making Sasuke ' hn ' towards him " tell the rookie 11 and their sensei to come " said Itachi but Sasuke didn't want to leave his brother alone with this man so he send his shadow clones to do his job " it's go to see you again " said Itachi making Sasuke eyes widen " big brother, you know him " asked Sasuke making the mysterious figure chuckle at the statement but before anyone could answer him there was a knock at the door " come in " yelled Itachi 

the door opened and the whole rookie 11 comes in with their sensei expect Kakashi who was nowhere to be found " Hokage-sama, you called " asked Asuma but he couldn't help but notice the mysterious figure in front of Itachi, while everyone notice him too " is that the guy that everyone in town is talking about " asked Kiba making everyone nod " now that everyone is here, we can begin " said Itachi making everyone confuse " what are you talking about " asked Kurenai " well " tailed off Itachi as he looked at the man making him nod 

the man took off his hood making everyone gasp when they saw his blond short hair, light blue eyes and 3 whiskers on each cheeks " Naruto " questioned Sasuke making everyone look at him then that the man in front of them " it's good to see you too " said Naruto making Sasuke cry as well as everyone else in his team " you promised, that you'll return in 3 years " cried Sasuke as he ran and hugged Naruto " I'm sorry Sasuke " said Naruto as he hugged the crying Uchiha 

" Naru " whispered Hinata " Hina " said Naruto as he smiled at her making cry even more " we thought you die " yelled Shikamaru as he couldn't keep his emotion in check " well........ i almost did " said Naruto making everyone gasp once again. Naruto pulled Sasuke off him and wiped his tears " still a cry baby, i see " said Naruto " shut up dope " yelled Sasuke making Naruto chuckle " well i think it's time to explain " said Naruto making everyone nod
