Ummayyah's POV
What it is Kalima? I asked
She came closer to me and asked, "So, do you agree to marry my brother"?
Yeah! I guess so and what about you? I asked
Same here!! She said. I and Kalima bid good bye to mom and we came out.
Rayees and Hameed where standing near the gate!!! Rayees said,"Come let's go"
We will go by ourself today! I said
Okay, Just take care! He said
I nodded and we went to college.
I said everything to my cousins and they were all surprised!
Omar saw us and asked, Is everything fine Ummayyah?
None of your business! I said to Omar as I was stressed out.
Your exactly like Kalima's brother. He said
I just ignored him, After Omar left, my cousins congratulated me and Kalima.
Just don't tell anyone over there. I said, Shahada pointing towards Omar!!
"We went to class and Omar said we have only a day left for our music competition".
So, We all did our practice for the whole day. And Alhamdulillah we were ready!!!
Next day we came early to University as we had performance today. Samera was so much tensed. We said her not to worry. But, this was her first time on stage, So she was scared!!
After our performance whole college appreciated us. We were so happy. Our team got First price. Omar said, he will give us treat as we worked hard!
Kalima's POV
Ummayyah! Lets not go please. Our brothers will not like, I said
Yeah! Okay Kalima, she agreed.
We said Shahada and Samera they said us to come along.
Come on, Shahada you know about Rayees! He will feel bad, If he finds out, Ummayyah said.
So Rayees is still having problem with me, Omar asked. Hearing others talk is not a good behavior, Ummayyah replied.
Okay sorry!!! Omar said.
Ummayyah just walked away and, I followed her and she asked me. Wanna go somewhere?
Yeah! Somewhere very far, I said.
Come lets go then, she pulled me.
Then take me shopping, I said.
Shopping!!! No way, I dont like shopping she said.
How could someone not like shopping? I asked.
She just gave me a blank look!
Hey please, I begged her She finally agreed.
We went to mall and I got sandals and a bag. Ummayyah got a book. After shopping we went to eat ice cream.
We both had cotton candy ice cream.
Dont turn back, she said. But, I turned back and Rayees saw us!
