God, haven't Dr. Deaton taught you guys anything? Ugh, there is one way for werewolf's to save their beloved ones from the dead. They have to give up their powers and accept one thing

Liam:
And what can this one thing be?

Peter:

Peter:
You can call it that, yes

Allison:
So we're going to sacrifice someone, a werewolf, to bring Derek back to life?

Peter:
You can't just sacrifice a random werewolf , he/she has to have the same bloodline as the one who you want to bring back to life

Erica:
Peter, you're the only one with same bloodline as Derek

Peter:

Wait, so you're going to sacrifice yourself to save Derek?

Peter:
I have done a lot of bad things in my life and killing Derek's sister was the worst. If I do this, I could somehow feel relief, and like everyone knows, karma's a bitch. It would end up stabbing me in the back sooner or later

Scott:

Peter:

Allison:
You're really going to save him?

He's the only family I have left. I know that it seems like I hate him, but I don't. I have loved him since the day he was born and I would do anything for him

Liam:

I'm going over to Deaton's now. He has Derek's body. I'm going to do the ritual and then you have to find Stiles, and save him. Other wise, I have sacrificed myself for nothing

Scott:
How are we supposed to find him? He didn't even know where he was?

Peter:
I didn't bite you and made you into a werewolf so you could lick someone's ass! Find his scent and save them booth!

Allison:
