Chapter 13

Jennie's POV:
It was finally then end of the first day of school.

Yes!

I skipped home merrily.

When I finally reached home, it was empty. I looked around. My parents should be home by now.

Oh well.

I saw a note on the table.

Dear Jennie,
We would be away for a few weeks. If you have any problems you can contact your friends. We would have no issues with that.
We will miss you! See you!

Mum and Dad

Ok.....
This was unexpected.

I went to take a shower, then, I sat on my bed and checked my phone. There was a message.

It read:

Jaebum: Are you going to reply, if your not coming I'll extend the next time to 1 month.

Oh my gosh!

I totally forgot.

I quickly packed my bag with my clothing and homework and rushed there.

Urghh....

So annoying.

I ran there.

The whole place was dark. Only Jb's room light was turned on.

I rang the doorbell. The curtains of Jb's room flung open.

"Come in! The door isn't locked and you're already late!"

He shouted angrily.

I immediately rushed in and opened the door then locked it.

"You're late!"

"I'm so sorry. I....forgot!" I said, while gasping for air.

I looked around. There was no one else.

"Where's everybody else?"
I asked curiously.

"They're not here. My brother is in boarding school and my parents went overseas for a holiday," he explained.

Oh. That makes sense. At least I won't have to deal with them saying I'm his girlfriend.

It's so annoying.

"Now go buy ingredients to make dinner. Now!"
He handed me some money and I rushed off.

Uhhh. What should I buy?

I looked at the time it was already 6. He would want to eat by 7.

I grabbed some ingredients to cook, paid for it and rushed back home.

Then, I started cooking.

Jaebum's POV:
Ok... that was faster then I expected.

Jennie had already came back and was now preparing dinner.

Wow.

She is pretty.

And perfect.

She can cook and do household chores.

I like her.

I think.

I'm honestly not sure

I'm not gonna tell her though.

She had not noticed me so I just stared at her silently.

Then, I looked at the clock. It's 6.45.

She not going be able to cook finish by 7.

Well then... I'll have to deal with it.
