President Clair points at the title, "As you all can see, you also have the chance to sponsor tributes. It is very expensive to get a gift into the Arena, so one of you alone cannot send, say, a cake, to the boy from 12 unless that choice has the most sponsors, or votes."

"It's formatted similarly to betting," Rick Riordan's puts in. "Newest sponsorship option will be placed at the bottom. Each person may only vote for one option for every episode."

The president scowls. "Yes. Now go back to your job." She beams at you, warming her tone, "Sponsoring a tribute will only increase their chance of survival. Any choices given will be ones that will not happen unless it receives the most votes. For every bet won, whatever you vote for will be guaranteed, though be sure to say that you had won a bet."

Rick tries to clarify for her since he knows it's hard to understand. "So if a bet winner votes for an option that isn't the most popular, then it will still occur along with the most-voted one. This is the only way that more than one option can come true."

Clair spreads her hands, "Otherwise, if there's a tie, then none of them will occur." She smirked wickedly, "Happy Hunger Games!"
