It's Sofia, again. First of all, I am so grateful this girl over here is alive. I am so glad she is still breathing, still walking, still functioning. She has had it rough and she is still going. You are not alone, never. Keep pushing, for us, for yourself, for your family, for everything. I know you can do this, I know you can.
Now, everybody who is reading this, who is ready for an activity?
I want to make this short, so Y'all do not get bored with my rambling. This is more for yourself than me. I want you to try your best, or at least try. Also remember: you are alive for a reason.
Let's all try something okay?
I want all of you to close your eyes and lay in your bed. I want you to think of the happiest memory you have, I want you to relieve it.
Love the people in the memory.
Love the surroundings of the memory.
Love the emotions of the memory.
What would you do to feel that again?
