3:01 p.m - US timezone
Taking another shot of vodka, Russia checked the time on his watch. Since it was already 3 o'clock he should go and pick up Phil. Instead of putting back the vodka in the fridge, he drank the whole liquid until it was empty.
No he wasn't drunk, yet. He just dranked 2 bottles of vodka, his face slightly flushed and hiccuping once in a while. So yes, he can manage to pick up Phil without causing an accident.
Grabbing his keys, he put on his ushanka and coat on and was about to leave the hotel room until Belarus peeked out from her room.
"Куда ты идешь, брат?"
(Where are you going brother?)
"Подобрать солнышко."
(To pick up Sunshine.)
Belarus nod at her brother before she hug him.
"Будь в безопасности, брат."
(Be safe brother.)
"я буду."
(I will.)
Russia kissed her forehead as Belarus smiled to him. He opened the door and walked out. He walk through the halls until he reached the elevator and press the down button.
The door opened revealing China. The Chinese looked surprise, on why would the Russian be outside at this time.
"Привет китай"
(Hello China.)
"俄罗斯你好"
(Hello to you too Russia.)
Russia walked inside as China closed the door. Tapping the first floor button on his right.
"Now where do you seem to be going Russia?"
"Sunshine is going to arrive, that's why ASEAN asked me to pick him up"
China suddenly turned quite but nod at what Russia said. Ever since Philippines and China argued, they weren't were talking for a while.Russia noticed the sudden tension around him and China after he said that. So he decided to be silent and just waited until they reached the first floor.
After they reached the first floor, they saw that some of the country was chatting and relaxing in the lobby. Malaysia noticed both of them walking out of the elevator.
"Russia? I'm surprised you left your room."
The other country looked at Russia who just shrugs.
"I didn't really want to either but ASEAN wanted me to pick up Phil today."
Russia said as he walked past them to leave the hotel.
"Wait you? Your going to pick up Phil?"
Indonesia questionend to him with curiosity in his eyes. 'Why does he have to pick up Phil by the way. Why couldn't it be either ASEAN, Malay or me to pick up Phil?'
"Yep, now if you would stop asking me more questions than I can go and actually get Phil."
Russia said with a hint of annoyance in his voice. He opened the door and left outside, walking over to his car and getting inside. He unlocks his phone and decided to call Phil.
"Hello?"
"Hey sunshine."
"Oh, hi kuya Russia!"
"Just asking if your jet landed by now"
"It just did, now I'm just waiting for you to pick me up kuya Russia"
"Alright, I'll be there in a minute or two..."
Russia said as he wear his seatbelt and started the engine.
"Maraming salamat kuya Russia, that your going to pick me up."
"No problem sunshine."
Russia could just feel the gratitude of Phil from his phone.
"See you soon"
"You too."
Russia stirred the wheel and drive off to where Phil was waiting.

I'm so sorry for not updating!! I've been getting writer's block, and also doing school work for the upcoming activities and event.
This is a short chapter due to me not having any ideas lately. But in the next update it will be a bit longer than this!
Also, I don't know very well if that's the right word for russian and chinese. I only used Google translation so yeah!
