You can't take an addiction from someone addicted,
They'll slowly fade away,
They'll crave it every second. You can't take me from you,
I'll slowly fade away,
I'll crave you every second.
And I know that's not okay.
I'm addicted to you,
You might have a toxic taste,
You had me like a pack of cigarettes,
I was money you put to waste.
I wanted more of you,
But you didn't have a clue,
You didn't need me,
Like I always needed you.
You are my addiction,
I crave you every day,
Maybe I should get help,
But I can't let doctors take you away.
You were my alcohol,
You were my drug,
I really need to stop,
But I cannot end my love.
