Nicolette's POV:
I was taken into a common area. I sat down next to Candace.
"Every night we have a movie night," she whispered, "tonight is Shrek."
I smiled, "that's one of my favorite movies."
I sat through the whole thing, forgetting about the world.
After the movie, everyone lined up to get our medications.
When it was my turn, the nurse handed me a cup with a couple of pills inside along with a cup of water. I swallowed the pills.
"Open your mouth, move your tongue."
I did as she said.
"Okay, next!"
I headed back into my room and I grabbed my pajamas to go take a shower. After that, I fell asleep in my warm bed. I'm glad my mom brought me some extra blankets.
